“Twice I tried to order a particular fleece for my wife and twice you accepted my order. On one occasion you actually told me it had been posted but eventually you told me that the item was out of stock. The website is not updated fast enough and so your customer services come across as very poor. This is a pity because both of us wear quite a bit of Weirdfish.”

“I ordered the top which was shipped to Ireland for it only to be sent back to weirdfish because they did not have all the import documentation. I was asked if I wanted it sent out again and I said yes, then they said it was out of stock so I asked if you could just send the same one out again and weirdfish said they could not. Not happy with the service”

“Never received order! Apparently item went missing with courier so I was refunded. It was a Christmas present so yes it was good to receive a full refund but I was left with no Christmas present!”

“Ordered 4 items early December. Its been 4 weeks so far and not been delivered. Evri notification says the order was with them a few days after ordering but no updates available since then. Will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered a large size but received a medium size which I returned and asked for the correct size to be delivered to me. I didn’t receive the large size but I have received a review form. What else can I do but to give Weird Fish a zero rating!”

“I had to return the three items that I had purchased as none of the items that I received were what I had ordered. I was very disappointed as these items were intended as Christmas gifts and I had to purchase other gifts. I am now awaiting a full refund.”

“I am sure Weird Fish is very good as I have purchased products before but not online. I was very disappointed this last Christmas as my purchase did not arrive . I was told it was on its way to EVRI but it never arrived. I waited 3 weeks but it never came. I did get my money returned but I’m wary to order again.”

“Horrific experience. Ordered socks and a jumper as a Christmas gift. Upon arrival the bag it arrived in was shredded and muddy, the cardboard packaging for the socks was so badly damaged they could not be gifted, and the jumper was missing. I emailed to complain and had no response. 3+ weeks later I get an email to say the jumper was out of stock. I do not want the socks and can't return them as their is no packaging, and no one has responded to my emails for almost 6 weeks now.”
