I have bought a number of items from Weird Fish over the years and have usually been happy with both the items and the service provided. However on this occasion, things have slipped. I ordered a fleece with a quarter length slip. Instead I received a fleece in the same colour but with a full length zip. I returned the item with a sheet of paper asking for the item to be replaced with the item I had ordered. There wasn't an option in the returns process to request a replacement. It was clear from the item's label that it simply had had the wrong label attached. Instead, I received a refund with no explanation why the item couldn't be replaced with the one I'd ordered. It's put me off ordering a replacement only to be disappointed again.

System for returning items is too complicated. A delivery/returns note with return label should be enclosed in your parcels. I do not have a printer.

Weird fish is fantastic but please stop using Evri (or at least offer an alternative Weird fish have promptly refunded the 'lost' parcel but lost a sale

I actually bought 2 times , because I needed to change the size. The first item I bought the 12th August , and I resent it back the next day. I received recently a refund of €7? My first purchase cost was €65. I am confused. Please explain. Kind regards.

The staps in this sandal are stylish and seem quite strong. However the soles are made of the same material you would find on a very cheap flip flop. Theere is no grip on the soles and when wlking over rough ground your feet are aware of the rough surface. If the sole was madee of a different mateerial these would be perfect sandals.

The Jeans were excellent but the fact that EVRI took 11 days to deliver them to the shop was appalling. The shop assistant agreed that the service supplied to them by EVRI left a lot to be desired leaving parcels outside the shop for all to see. I think it is about time you changed couriers as there are plenty of them out there. They are letting you down! The customer service score below refers to the shop assistants who could not have been more helpful.

I ordered a nice blue hoody, when it arrived the quality overall was good, but there was a big patch of dye missing from the front pocket, which was just grey, around 10cm in diameter. Not sure how this could have been missed, right up until it got to me. I have a lot of weirdfush clothing, but this was quite disappointing.

Products that were delivered were fine, but 1/3 of my order was not delivered and no explanation given. I had to enquire, to find out it was a 'stock issue and no money was taken', but no apology was given either. The email said they'd check and confirm if the missing product was in stock, and that never happened.

Unfortunately for me an item I had purchased became unavailable/out of stock ,I received an email apology saying system didn't update itself , it was out of stock one day then next 3 days it was still available to purchase ,I didn't bother .. service is usually fabulous but I don't condone being fobbed off ..

Annoyingly never received my item that I had been so looking forward to. Had to chase the company after a couple of weeks and in the end request a substitution or a refund as Evri somehow lost the item. So disappointing, would have preferred to be sent the item ordered!
