“I returned a fleece recently as it was too small - I ordered the size above what I normally wear but was still too small. Also the zip opening was too small and very difficult to get over my head - disappointed and therefore marked you down on this occasion”

“I was very disappointed with the product. It was tissue paper thin and very see through, therefore something I would never wear. A pity as the design was very attractive. However the return and refund was very seamless and quick. I have many items of Weird Fish and love them, so this was a surprise.”

“Very disappointed with the trousers I bought. The elastic in the waistband started twisting on the first time I wore them and now that they have been washed for the first time, the elastic is completely twisted and I can’t flatten it out again, so the trousers are unwearable.”

“I bought a polo shirt online because I liked the colour and the style. The service was good but when item arrived the fit was awful, the body size (medium) was ok but the neck size must have been 17"" it was huge!! and looked really unattractive. This must be a design error. Couldn't possibly wear it”

“Ordered a fleece for my husband in the same size as a Weird Fish fleece that I had purchased for him previously and he was very happy with. However we were very disappointed to find that this one was far too big despite being the same size. This makes buying on line very difficult as you then have to lose the cost of the original postage by returning it.Think you need to insure that all sizes are standard.”

“I am average build and every jacket I own is a large so I ordered large Prescott waterproof jacket which absolutely swamped me, I returned it and then ordered medium which I could barely move my arms/shoulders in!! So returned again. Very frustrating sizing. My advice is order every size available first time with one delivery cost as delivery costs are not refunded. Good quality products but sizing is way off normal. I’ll stick to purchasing from shop.”

“Bought Stowe Eco Fleece which arrived promptly. It's very comfy and looks great but has bobbles everywhere after a month and already looks old. I bought the Mrs a herringbone fleece and that's still fine so it all depends on the product purchased.”
