“I bought 2 items from Weird Fish via the Debenhams website on 8th May. The purchasing process was very straightforward. However ,the trousers weren't quite right for me and the t shirt was too big, so I arranged for a returns label for both items. I had one notification that the t shirt had been returned and I have since had a refund on 2/06.However, I am still waiting for £30 refund over a month later so I am not that impressed as I returned them both at the same time. I am still waiting! I did however purchase the same t shirt in a smaller size from a shop together with another t-shirt which I am very happy with. I would have given a higher rating review if it hadn't been for the lack of returned money. I would be very grateful if you can sort this out ASAP. Many thanks Rachel Neads”

“Product sizing questionable - half my order returned, but the very poor range of times / options for customer service when the payments system encounters a problem. 10am -3pm Mon -Fri is just not good enough in this scenario. What happens at the weekend? Advertised online price of £55 but the price tag attached was only £45... might be within the law but not very ethical from a customer perspective. Wierd Fish was my go to comfort brand - certainly not the case online now.”

“Rating is based on the fact that I like the tee shirts I ordered and feel they are a good quality. Unfortunately don’t feel the customer support is great. I ordered the products on Sunday 18th May with a standard delivery of 3-5 days for my holiday on 24th. I received a message the following day saying they were dispatched but they did not arrive in time. When I queried this on 23rd May I was advised in a very curt manner that under their terms the delivery was not late. I asked for the delivery to be cancelled and despite knowing I would be away I received an email from the same advisor saying the package was delivered on 27th knowing I would not be there and was left for nearly a week behind my bins.”

“Great clothes but terrible ordering and return processing.The order confirmation took too long to get through to me. Emails were encrypted, the online return form did not work. I am still waiting for a refund from a second order, made because I had not received confirmation of the first order.”
