“The fit is very small and the recycled textile does, on the one hand, reduce wastage, but on the other means that artificial filaments will be generated during washing For these reasons I can't think of a reason to buy Weirdfish again, and will stick to the cotton, especially organic cotton garments I usually buy”

“I had to return a pair of trousers recently as ther were too short. The length of the product was not shown hence the purchase was a gamble and it back fired. Trouser lengths need to be shown.”

“Its a bit difficult to write a review on account of the order not being recieved due to being lost in transit. I got a refund because you said the items were no longer available, surely there was alternatives. A bit dissapointed how quick you were to fob me off with a refund”

“This was a disappointing experience, ordered through Debenhams, the garment did not seem to have ‘female’ shaping so it has been returned, but I have not had acknowledgment of the return nor the refund. Followed the recommendation to allow 14 days for processing. Still trying to find a number to talk to a human. The product was good quality but the service was nonexistent”

“Placed my order 23/12/24 however on delivery on the 31/12/24 I received someone else's order not mine. I contacted the returns section to be told 2 out of 4 of the items I ordered were out of stock. More than a little disappointed.”

“The clothing I ordered was good as usual. I spent a little more to trigger the next day delivery which didn't happen before I went away for the Christmas break. The package was left behind a bush by my front door in full view from the street for two days before I came home. This was over a hundred pounds worth of clothes left in all weathers according to my "message" in my safe place. Not very satisfactory at all.”

“Not impressed! The 'sale' clothes were all from their summer collection and very small fitting. Returning items isn't free, they take the postage costs off your refund! Won't be buying from them again..”

“The wrong order arrived, I contacted weirdfish and by this point the original items were no longer available. I was advised to return the wrong items with the ‘attached’ returns label which wasn’t attached. I then had to recontact to arrange the return of the wrong items. The refund was quick though. But I can’t give a positive review as I never received my order.”

“I have bought Weird Fish products on and off over the last 20 years and been happy with sizing and quality. Unfortunately, just had to return a product due to it being smaller than expected which was no big deal I thought. How wrong I was! What should have been a simple procedure was a painful and stressful experience that I wouldn't like to repeat.”

“I had to return a top that was too big , I can't see why I had to return it to you, instead of where I got it from which was Debanhams , a real pain that was, 18th of December and still haven't been reimbursed.”
