“I purchased the jeans just over a month ago. They look and feel great, unfortunately the quality is poor, despite only light wear and being laundered just twice, both jeans pockets have split. I've tried sewing them up but the material the pockets are made from is really thin and flimsy. Disappointed”

“Ordered 2 times a few clothes but never received anything as they apparently have problems with a delivery company outside the UK. I live in the Netherlands but i think they don't deliver in NL or outside the UK. Received my money back but rather had my clothes...2 stars because of this.”

“Dear Weird Fish, Thank you for sending me the jumper from your web site. However there are several aspects of the jumper that have displeased me enormously. They are as follows:- A. The jumper is the wrong size. It should have been XXL and I have been sent a 14. B. The jumper is the incorrect design. There should be a short zip at the neck. Instead of which a rounded neck design is what has been sent. Therefore I would suggest the following:- A. A copy of your returns policy. B. A refund or part thereof of the cost of my purchase. “Nice jumper, just very disappointed that the Black Friday deal turned out to be an item with a hole in the back. Further disappointment when the original postage wasn't refunded despite selecting the faulty code. Not good enough.”

“Ordered from site thinking it was free pick up, and was then charged £3.95 ! Complained and was told it would be refunded. I am still waiting. This has put me off using the site again”

“Unfortunately my order has still not arrived. Royal Mail sent it to wrong town. Now back at another depot. Don't know when I'll get it. These jumpers were ordered for my sons birthday which has now passed. Disappointed!”

“I placed my first order and was impressed with communication, however, I didn’t actually receive it. Weird Fish said it was dispatched but Evri said they were expecting the parcel. Customer service at Weird Fish was excellent as they refunded postage first and then the full order when it became clear they couldn’t fulfil it. However, I missed giving my step dad his present on his birthday and had to find something else in a rush. I would be reluctant to order from Weird Fish again”
