“Size and shape consistency seems to be an ongoing problem with WF. Especially shirt collars. The last 3 shirts I bought, all size “M” have droopy 19” collars so we’re all returned🤷‍♂️”

“I like the quality of the clothes though some recent purchases did not appear to be the right size so had to be returned. There was also an issue with part of my order not being received. I contacted customer service first by email and then by phone and the missing items were immediately dispatched and received 2 days later so my issue was resolved and most of my purchases retained. I'd chosen 2 different colours of the Lowell Fair Isle jumpers for comparison and liked them so much I couldn't decide between them and kept them both as they were in the sale.”

“I ordered 4 Weird Fish polo shirts all clear exactly the same but different colours. Two were a good fit but the neck of the other 2 were much too big. I don’t think that’s good enough and I returned the 2 faulty shirts for a refund.”

“Bought a lovely dress in the sale size 12, I have other older dresses from Weird Fish in size 12 that fit perfectly, this one was so tight it was more like a size 10. I’m guessing they’ve cut the sizes down to cut costs. I returned the dress, and was refunded. Unfortunately, I won’t but anything else online from them, as you don’t get you’re postage costs refunded and it’s not worth the risk.”

“The walkies t-shirt was as described and made a great present for a friend. However the Juliet striped sweat shirt was faulty and I was surprised it was sent to me with such a glaring fault. I then tried to return it and am still trying, faulty barcodes! 2 trips to the post office and at least 3 phone calls, I'm going to attempt a return tomorrow. Very disappointed! I'm not sure I'll bother with online shopping with them again, hence the low score. I'll stick to the shops!”

“Overall, I would say that WF is ok. Some of the clothes they sell have freekishly long arms eg. fleeces which have to go back. Some of the shirts I have bought are made with quite light weight fabric making them feel a bit budget (whereas the full price, price tag absolutely isn't). Style wise things are much better. Pity that some/most of the design is hidden once you put on the item eg tees.”
