“I can only give this a three debate I ordered 3 tops. There was nothing wrong with the sizing or quality. It was what I have come to expect from Weird Fish. But two of the tops stank of manure !!! i don’t know why out where they were packaged. I had to wash them both before wearing them. One of them also had runs in two places in the stitching.”

“Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always appreciated the consistent quality of your products—thank you for that. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed with a recent order. I purchased the Deeley Ripstop Shorts in Auburn, size 10, for my wife, and when they arrived, we noticed they were significantly smaller than expected. When we compared them to her other size 10 shorts (including past purchases from your brand), the waist measured approximately 5 cm smaller. We also ordered a pair of trousers in the same order, which were also on the smaller side, but fortunately still fit her. Could you please advise if the sizing on this model has changed or if this might be a manufacturing issue”

“I like the fit and length of the top. BUT your website description is HIGHLY MISLEADING. It says that the top is 100% organic cotton, which it is not. It's 43% polyester; 22% viscose; ONLY 33% cotton, and 2% elastane. Please include the exact composition so people know what they're buying. Saying it's "made with organic cotton" isn't clear enough. Presumably, you mean that the cotton element is 100% organic, but the top isn't 100% organic cotton.”

“Ordered a dress from Debenham and a wrong dress was sent by Weirs fish, however after an online chat the corret dress was sent. The material is really nice but it is a bad fit , too big around the arms and way too long. As this was a bargain price not worth paying rhe postage to send it back the wrong dress was sent back with a provided return label”

“Bought on line and faulty one shoulder strap wider than the other. Returned to store to be told they need 4 pin code for return by manager over the phone to the store staff No email with 4 pin code. Told to return with code- I work in their opening hours! Rang customer service and lady said never heard of code before for returns. She explained where to get label with free postage - very helpful. Mentioned that particular store needed more training especially the manager”

“Merchandise absolutely fine but if any goods need to be returned given that the cost leaves a persons bank straightaway when ordering online, it takes about 15 days to get a refund. Not very good business practice given the item was returned 2days after receiving it. Very disgruntled!!”
