“The walkies t-shirt was as described and made a great present for a friend. However the Juliet striped sweat shirt was faulty and I was surprised it was sent to me with such a glaring fault. I then tried to return it and am still trying, faulty barcodes! 2 trips to the post office and at least 3 phone calls, I'm going to attempt a return tomorrow. Very disappointed! I'm not sure I'll bother with online shopping with them again, hence the low score. I'll stick to the shops!”

“Overall, I would say that WF is ok. Some of the clothes they sell have freekishly long arms eg. fleeces which have to go back. Some of the shirts I have bought are made with quite light weight fabric making them feel a bit budget (whereas the full price, price tag absolutely isn't). Style wise things are much better. Pity that some/most of the design is hidden once you put on the item eg tees.”

“Returned an item on July 21st which was signed for on July 23rd. Hee we are in September and still no refund. Not sure if it's a Debenhams or Weird Fish issue but I'm not happy.”

“Ordered 2 sizes of the same coat. Delivery was fast and returned one coat the same day, however 10 days after weird fish received the returned item, I still haven’t received a refund. Have emailed customer services and waiting on reply”

“Alot happier with this batch of t shirts bieng 100% cotton. Last lot i had were a mix of polyester n cotton for same price as 100% cotton . But there still not same quality as they were 20yr ago I had some t shirts back then that lasted 5yrs plus”

“Good afternoon WeirdFish, re my order for a polo top in your sale, l ordered a Medium size and received a XXL size, the polo top itself was labeled XXL on the collar but the plastic outer bag was marked Medium and also the label attached to the polo top was also Medium so perhaps a check on garments before sending would be in order as l did require this for hol. My other previous items from you have been excellent and no doubt the quality of this would be the same ,pity.”

“The Tallahassee dresses which I purchased are OK, but definitely poorer quality than they used to be. The pretty buttons that used to be on the back have gone, and you can see the stitching between the two parts of the dress. So, OK to buy in the sales if you want a summer day dress, but a clear decline in quality. Keep your eye on this, Weird Fish!”

“Ordered two t-shirts, only one was despatched and delivered. No contact from company so rang to see where second one was. I was told it was being re picked as there probably wasn't any stock at the time despite me being able to order online. Didn't hear anything else and finally checked online order to find out it had been cancelled. As it was still showing available to order on the website I rang in again. This time I was told despite it showing low stock this actually meant that it didn't guarantee it would be available once ordered. I was advised to try reordering a different colour that didn't show low stock, however as this meant I would have to pay postage again I didn't bother. This was for a bday present so it would have been useful if the company had told me they'd cancelled part of the order straight away rather than me waiting and leaving me to find out myself. Apart from that we've always been very happy with the items we've purchased and the quality, might now just purchase from a shop!”
