“This is not the first time I have bought a Weird Fish product and as before I was really pleased with my fleece but I had to return the gilet as it was too big. It took some time to process this on line and continued to show waiting. When I checked the reason for this, I did get confirmation that my return would be processed and I would be reimbursed. I then decided to place a second order for a hooded fleece and this was promotly despatched. Unfortunately, after several days and in response to an email I was advised that it was a "missing product". I chose to be reimbursed rather than have a replacement order sent. I have now been reimbursed for both products, thank you. However, going forward I would prefer not to buy online but to buy direct from retail outlets.”

“It seems that the sleeves on men's clothing is always too long for me so I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame as I do think Weirdfish clothing is very well made.”

“I thought I had purchased a bargain in the sale but when it came, size 18 on label which is the size I ordered but size 16 on dress label. It also had a 2 to 3cm gap in seam where it had not caught when seam sewed. Very dissapointed.”

“Received the wrong order twice, wrong size. I was told they would contact me as soon as they had sorted issue in the warehouse so I could re-order but I have heard nothing over a week later! Not impressed with the service.”

“The XL is a little too big and the L is a little too small! And the sleeves are too long. And I’m in a wheelchair - I often have problems with clothes and sizes!! But I like the quality.”
