“I recently ordered the Cassandra dress in tomato. It arrived with a hole in the dress where it had not been sewn up correctly. So I returned it. I ordered the same dress again and when it arrived the label said size 20 but it was clearly mislabelled as was approximately half the size. I held it up against another Cassandra dress I already owned in another colour and it was significantly smaller than the size 20 label. So I will have to return that dress too.”

“I recently purchased a 1/4 Zip Cruiser top, the first one I received had sticking faults on the front. The second one I purchased had no faults but is relatively poor quality on compared to a Cruiser top I purchased about 5 years ago, especially around mid the cuffs where the material shows signs of ware after one well the my old top does after 5 years.”
