“Still waiting for a refund. I ordered via Debenhams website which didn’t function correctly so it took 2 orders when I only intended one for a pair of shorts. They said refund had to come directly from Weird Fish. They advised me to refuse delivery of the item and the refund would be processed. Still waiting…… The shorts are ok, but I would like a refund for tge pair I didn’t need”

“I placed order, then received email stating one item had sold out. I then finally received someone else’s order, went onto the chat which serves me right as I presume it’s AI. Most confusing ‘discussion’. In the end I cancelled my own order and received refund after a few days. No hint of an apology which was more annoying than receiving the wrong order. Probably won’t bother with Weird Fish again.”
