“The item I ordered was apparently dispatched, but I hadn’t received it a week after it was due to be delivered. They then said they thought it was lost so would I like a replacement or refund, I chose a replacement, then got an e-mail saying that the item was not available any more.”

“I cannot give a revue on the goods as I have not yet received them.I am very disappointed as I ordered these on 20 July. I received a e-mail from everi stating that they were expecting a parcel from weirdfish.This is still stating the same message. I have been in touch with Debenhams market place and they say that I will have to wait until 7 August to claim as missing parcel. So I am very disappointed with the experience.”

“I paid nearly £10 for express delivery so I could receive the goods before I went away. However they did not arrive until a few days after I’d left home. I am still not home, so haven’t seen the goods yet.”

“Good quality clothing in all men’s departments. Shirts are of a good quality, jumpers and fleeces are too. I have to order in different sizes as shirts and t shirts vary for me but returns and refunds are simple. No bad experiences for me.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the tee shirt as it was too long. I have six other PawPaw tee shirts and this one is an inch longer than all of these. I'm under five feet so it doesn't look right. I hope the future ones aren't going to be a longer length because I really love the tee shirts.”

“Everything was fine EXCEPT one of my dresses was described as ‘cobalt blue’ & yellow when it is in fact navy and yellow. I never wear navy as it does not suit my colouring and I look artificially pale/washed out in navy outfits. I would never have ordered if it was labelled as the navy if is. Otherwise everything else was good and the delivery process was very slick, with lively packaging.”

“Good quality clothing at a greta price using the offers, hwoever the courier is very slow and dont deliver when stated, also say they have attempted when they have not. Poor delivery service great company great product”
