“My original order was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail and never materialised. On contacting Weird Fish I was immediately offered a full refund or a replacement order. I chose the replacements which were delivered by another carrier within a few days. Very impressed with the customer service team of Weird Fish.”

“Usually I like your products but the most recent one I bought was a naccyrate representation online. You used a primary photo to attract attention that was grossly misleading. It looked like a hip-length jumper but it turned out to be tunic-length and the model had tucked it up. Not very helpful. I later discovered other photos that showed the full-length but the primary marketing photo should have shown this. I was disappointed and returned the jumper.”
