“All products excellent and a good saving, I am a regular customer. Disappointed it was delivered to a store (Junction 32) which was closed for refurbishment with no re-opening date. Had to wait 7 days for it to open. Wasted journey once, as Ebrkmsend yiu the delivery photo! Customer services never responded - had they done, I wouldn't have included this in the review! It doesn't put me off, but was inconvenient.”

“love the coats/jackets. The longer ones fit me better than the shorter ones. As a petite size I found the arm length on the short coats too long whereas the size 10 mid length fits perfectly. Couldn’t afford to buy them at full price so always buy in sale with further discount code.”
