“I have been purchasing WF clothes for many years,I recently bought 2 t shirts with 15% off, 2 days after they arrived i had an email offering me 20%off, I am fed up with the constant changes in sale prices when in fact there is little difference in the overall prices the 2 purchases would have saved £4, now you send 15%off to fill out this questionnaire adding insult to injury, I like many others no doubt wait and wait before purchasing to see what other offers come through, please review your marketing strategy”
