“No issue with despatch or delivery, just disappointed that I bought a cardigan made completely of plastic. Recycled polyester and nylon. The fibres weren't clear on the Web page. If I'd realised, I wouldn't have bought it. Recycled polyester, although it sounds worthy, has an increasingly bad reputation for shedding microplastic fibres into the environment. I will look carefully for natural fibre content from now on.”
