“Love the jumper styles. A bit disappointed that the 8 (the size I always buy) came up short on the arms. I kept the deep teal one which was a Small but then had to accept a bagginess on the body to get the correct arm length.”

“I ordered several jumpers for my husband, based on our previous purchases from weird fish. However, the product didn’t quite reflect the image on the website in our opinion and he wasn’t keen so sent them all back. This said the returns process was so easy and reimbursement was prompt so although no success with the garments this time Customer Service service is excellent.”

“Takes your order and payment. Says dispatched wuth tracking info. Never actually leaves warehouse. Dispatches again with tracking fur second time doesnt leave warehouse. Order the cancelled sayingvthey beef had stock to start with. Refund given. Not service i am used to from weird fish”

“So SO dissapointed that with my purchase of a Wierd Fish product (which is a good item), that when purchasing (through Debenhams), at the end of sale I was offered £22 CASHBACK (in large font), only to read (in tiny font), that I would have been charged £18 PER MONTH if I accepted the cash back - YOU SHOULD NOT ALLOW YOUR SELLERS TO DO THIS!”
