“Very disappointed with my last order. Advertisements all over social media to “catch the last sleigh” Delivery on the 21st December, so I duly put an order in for some men’s socks and a fleece pullover which were in stock on your website. Present bought or so I thought… parcel turned up with just socks. No comms about the jumper, so then had to call customer services 2 days before Xmas to locate. Turns out item wasn’t in stock and website had not updated to reflect. Hubby without present. I’ve ordered many times before and never had a problem.”

“I have bought two items from Weird Fish and found them both to be of good quality and value. The first item was a quarter zip, long sleeved top which is warm, fits well and looks good. I would prefer the zip to be a little longer as it catches n my face when I pull it on and off. Pockets would also be useful, However it is defintiely a good buy. The second item is a dress jersey midi dress. It is attractive, good quality and will be great for spring/summer. It is a little too long for my taste, I'm 5'3" but it is so well-made I have kept it and will have it shortended.”

“Really disappointed, ordered Hatty cardigan, was due to arrive on 23 December . As at 7 January no sign of it , unable to contact Wierd Fish customer services, phone went dead, live chat not working and finally got a refund after the 4th email and a call to Portsmouth store. Shockingly bad!”
