“Weird Fish as a company I have always found positive. I have the quality and price. Howver, my last order I had to contact customer services with a complaint about the quality of an item it received. It smelled absoutely vomit inducing and the smell remained after washing. I fed this back through customer services who advised that they would feedback to supplier”

“Have purchased many times from Weird Fish over the years. Customer service has always been very good when I have had need to use it. My only gripe is trouser sizes do not include leg length, only height of model which doesn't really help.”

“I ordered a dress which when delivered was too big. I returned it and ordered a size smaller. That one was too small around the bust and also the arm holes were too big and stuck out at the sides under the arms. Returned that one too. The refunds were processed in a timely manner and return process very easy.”

“I brought 2 skirts which arrived quickly, unfortunately they did not fit ....and had to be sent back, which I did 2 days after receiving them, the returns process was not clear about how to do it, however my Husband after searching the web managed to sort out the process.... which when he found out how to do it was not too hard, I know that the skirts were received as I had an email telling me that my refund was in the process of being sorted out.......that was 6 days ago!!! I know that there was a weekend after and banks don't work at weekends, hopefully my refund will come soon”
