“The dress I purchased was very poorly made and fitted. It had an excess of material around the back of the neck and was baggy under the arms. I returned it. Whilst I didn’t have to pay to return the item I am disabled and I still had to take it to the local post office to return.”

“I purchased the Eshka Lightweight Padded Jacket in Mulled Wine, which arrived on time. As I ordered 2 sizes, I returned 1 size on 24/12/25. The return process on line was simple to follow. But I had no confirmation email letting me know that my return was being dealt with, or had been received until 6/1/26, which was after I chased. I realise it was during the Christmas period. But a confirmation email would be reassuring please. I do like my jacket, which is warm and light weight.”

“The product was bought via debenhams and was really nice but had to return. The returns process is not very smooth. I have not had a return yet even though it has been over 2 weeks. I have no way of contacting debenhams for an update”

“Love their clothing, especially T's, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Jumpers. My wife likes their jumper dresses too. Always get good service as items arrive quickly and quailty is good. Dont recall having the need to send anything back yet.”

“Very disappointed with my last order. Advertisements all over social media to “catch the last sleigh” Delivery on the 21st December, so I duly put an order in for some men’s socks and a fleece pullover which were in stock on your website. Present bought or so I thought… parcel turned up with just socks. No comms about the jumper, so then had to call customer services 2 days before Xmas to locate. Turns out item wasn’t in stock and website had not updated to reflect. Hubby without present. I’ve ordered many times before and never had a problem.”
