“Had a problem as my parcel did not arrive. It should have come from from EVRI but they lost it. They checked their warehouse and could not find it. I contacted Weird fish and they offered to replace my order with what they still had in stock and a refund for the difference. This was excellent, plus they were going to send it on quick delivery. I have been buying from weird fish for many years and it's the quality of cloths that keeps me going back. 2 days later I received the lost parcel from EVRI. I when I check my email to let Weird fish know they had already received a message from EVRI and I did not have to do anything. I thought that was a really good service from Weird Fish. I have never had a lost parel before but how quickly they were ready to replace my loss I thought was extremely good.”
