“Coat is lovely but sent back as too big .The next size down was perfect. However I am having a nightmare getting Debenhams.com to refund the cost of the coat I sent back. I will deal direct with wierd fish in future”

“Unfortunately I only received 2 of the 3 things ordered, despite allowing me to purchase the item I was told it was out of stock and that I wouldn't be charged. Bit of a pain and ultimately nobodies fault, I imagine it's a timing issue between the ePos system and the inventory, but I was quite disappointed. Overall though, I still love the brand and style so this will no affect my future purchasing.”
