“Purchased a knitted dress. Delivery was quick and efficient but I found the sizing on the large side and in future would select a size down from my usual (I do have narrow shoulders, which might partly explain the poor fit). I fitted shoulder pads to make the fit look better, but also had to repair a small nick near the bottom edge ribbing😒 Had I not wanted it for a particular occasion I would have attempted to complain and exchange at the time.”
