“Quick response from customer care,had to wait a little longer for my refund as used PayPal.love the products but far too long sleeves 3-4 inches longer than previous purchases one size sleeve does not fit all can't find macaroni tops in the shops to try on/ purchase”

“I ordered two jumpers both size 14 on receipt one was sent size 12 in a 14 sleeve. I ordered a replacement and just sent a message asking if the postage on my replacement order could be waived owing to the mistake and it was refunded within a couple of days. So thank you to customer services.”
