“You learn more about a company by how they respond when things go wrong, and this is true of Weird Fish to their great credit. My order got lost somehow and I contacted customer services. They responded immediately, quickly discovered that indeed the order had disappeared into a glitch in the ether, and promptly offered to either replace the order or refund it. I opted for a replacement, which arrived very quickly (and I'm delighted with it). Thanks Weird Fish customer service, you were great!”

“Ordering is simple, with an easy to navigate website. Checking out with secure payment provides peace of mind. Delivery is excellent, often exceeding the delivery times stated. Garments are well packed in their own packaging and placed in a watertight recyclable bag. A great firm to buy from with a great range of clothing. Sizing can differ however between same garments and whilst I didn’t exchange them, it would have been easy to do.”
