“Having bought items at Christmas in the sale, I had to return one and reorder it and unfortunately it was a higher price. A similar situation arose last month so I phoned and asked if you did exchanges. The lady was very helpful and said she would send me a larger one. After a week and when it hadn’t arrived I phoned again. Again she was very helpful, admitted that the problem may have been at your end and she would send another. This arrived promptly, thanks and it is fine.”

“Fast service and lovely items. Only one problem in that I ordered in a hurry to make the most of the sale which was due to end Sunday. When I checked the site the next day, the prices had dropped again! A bit annoying but overall good service.”

“Ordered on the Debenhams.com site. Completely wrong jacket was sent. Started the returns process however haven't had a single response from them. I have been on holiday so I will be posting the item tomorrow. Will the. Have to take it further with my visa company. I really like your products but I will never ever use the Debenhams site again”

“Most unhappy. I ordered a green jumper but was sent an ugly knitted brown dress with the label for the green jumper attached to it. Ordered through Debenhams so don't know how to get the correct order or my money back. A very unhappy customer. Very unsatisfactory. Wouldn't risk another order unless this is put right.”
