“Upset that one item which I ordered and paid for was missed from my delivery (happened to be the item I wanted the most!). When I raised a query with customer services, there was no stock of the item so I was refunded. Disappointed that no offer of compensation (maybe a code for free delivery for my next order) was offered. However, the response time from raising the issue with customer service and them replying was extremely prompt, and dealt with efficiently. Previous orders have been processed and delivered with no problem, so will use again.”

“I love Weird Fish clothes - definitely in my top five ‘go to’ brands. Everything suits my lifestyle - and wash and wear well. I have several colours of several styles!! I recently returned a hoodie as it wasn’t the right shape for me - and the process was easy and free. I rarely have to return items though as I am always pleased with them!”
