“Service of Weird Fish was good and delivery was fast. Only complaint is on the quality of the rucksack I brought. Was very disappointed in the quality as the zip didn’t work and got stuck because the fabric was stuck out around the zip. I’ve therefore had to sew it down myself around the whole bad for this to work. It also had a very funky fishy smell which is taking a long time to go.”

“Usually I am very satisfied with Weird Fish experience & products, however on this occasion not so much. I had deliberately added a number of items to my basket that I thought I might like whilst browsing. The idea being that if I had duplicates, things that were similar, or if I thought I'd ordered too much, I'd remove items. When coming to checkout, I was informed that some items were out of stock. Instead of showing which items were out of stock it just gave a generic message that "some" items were out of stock anmd it would allow me to amend my basket, so ended up ordering about 20 products. I've kept some, but are sending many back. Bit of a pain on this occasion.”
