Had to complete a return for the delivery of wrong item. Ordered a man's fee e bur received a woman's jacket. Not able to say 'wrong item' on the form just did not appear the same didn't feel enough of a response to add on the form.

My order never arrived by Evri, I have been a customer for years but the lack of communication from Evri was more than disappointing.

I was pleased with how quickly the order arrived but unfortunately two out of the four tops didn’t fit and needed returning. When I placed the order I used the 2 tops for £40 offer and it allowed me to use the 25% off offer which came off the two items that weren’t tops. When the two tops were refunded I wasn’t refunded the full £40. I contacted the customer service team and the customer service member of staff was very unhelpful and argumentative. All I wanted refunded was the £40 and it very clearly showed that I had used this offer on my order and she kept saying that I didn’t. After several emails I asked to be put through to the manager who backed up her colleague but refunded me the additional amount to get my full £40. After the way this was handled I won’t be buying from Weirdfish again

I have returned the Walkies teeshirt I purchased for a refund. It was very thin material and the neckline was very rough and not finished properly. Very disappointed as usually good quality.

Item ordered, not delivered on anticipated delivery date. No message. Had to ring customer service to find out when it would be delivered and they told me the order had been cancelled due to insufficient stock. No message sent to me. Poor service.

Generally the dresses are fab but one I bought is very course cotton, washed it 4 times so far and still too rough to wear

Products are great but Evri delivery service is very poor. Ordered an item which got 'lost' at the Evri distribution centre. A week late, ordered the same item again and it too got 'lost' at the Evri distribution centre. Called back to ask for refund from Weird Fish which I got. However it has put me off ordering online from Weird Fish in future.

I ordered an item and received an email to say it had been sent. Tracking showed it had never been received by royal mail. I contacted customer support who said they would look into it and get back to me, they never did. I finally contacted them again and was told the item was now out of stock and I could only have a refund. I do not consider this to be good service.

Quality of clothing is good, however if you have to send anything back for a refund its terrible. Have to repeatedly chase them up . After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for a refund of £66

Sadly the item I bought a skirt, smelt terrible, like urine was on it. I washed it as I was travelling urgently. The smell was washed out but that is my honest review. I will not be keeping the item as the skirt was not my style but that's not their fault.

Ordered 2 sizes as unsure but both measured exactly the same snd tunic length far too short not true to photo on website. Both returned but still awaiting refund. Find I slways have to chase for refunds.
