“I ordered 2 dresses. They didn't arrive. I've checked with your company to discover that they were not dispatched,presumed lost. DPD have no record of receiving the package so it never left the warehouse. I was only offered a refund. I should have been offered another 2 dresses. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Explain why you cannot send the dresses again as clearly the original order never left the warehouse. Please contact me with an explanation,not another apology. Kind regards Unapatton@gmail.com”

“Sorry as the item I requested, a pair of navy trousers, didn't appear it's difficult to review them. I did receive a Mineral Blue Hoody which will be sent back asap, apparently at my cost, which doesn't please me. I have never received the wrong item from any company on line until now. I would have given no stars but I had to give one before I could send the Review.”

“My first ever online order from Weird Fish and Debenhams. I ordered a blue polo shirt and was sent a brown chequered shirt! As a matters of interest, I ordered four items from Debenhams and received four separate parcels from different couriers and it all just seemed very stressful and disorganised.”
