I ordered a lot of clothes to try on, I kept some and posted the rest back on the 18th July. Three weeks later I am still waiting to receive a refund. I have had a lot of correspondence but it appears to be with a Chatbot and so I am not getting anywhere.

Had 2 items delivered to store. Took over 12 days to be delivered. Email said shop times open from 9am to 6pm Arrived at store to find opening times 9.30 to 5.30 Shop assistant finally opened door at 9.38 leaving me to stand outside for 38 minutes All in all a very poor experience

I'm not happy with the returns for Weird Fish. I returned a size 14 Adenea Organic Cotton dress in Ocean Blue that was too large on 16th July and as of today 26th July I still haven't received my refund. As a result I won't recommend anyone to purchase online directly from you company.

I placed my order on 30/06/25 and returned the item as it wasnt suitable on 04/07/25. I followed the returns policy as stated on the Debenhams website and was assured the returned would be processed no later than 14/07/25 . I have now escalated this to Customer Servcies as I am still awaiting a retund. They have acknolwedge my email stating they need to contact Weird Fish Ltd before a refund can be processed. as far as I am concerned I have complied with the refund process and should not have to wait to ascertain if the logistics of returning the parcel to yourselves has been carried out by the carrier. To date I do not feel I will order any further items.

Very poor customer service after a dress was clearly taken out of my parcel as it arrived with a hole in it. Turned out it wasn’t the delivery company fault but the warehouse, but first implication was Evri. Just very disappointed. Found a similar dress on Vinted. Should have tried there forst

No correspondence or notification that item out of stock so only got half of what I was expecting. When queried it just got bog standard corporate reply. I'll be using Tog 24 or Fat Face in future.

Items purchased did not fit, and I am still waiting for my refund - never buying on line this way again. Quick enough to take your money, but don't like refunding it.

I ordered a dress to be delivered to your Morpeth store which never arrived. When I emailed your customer service team they advised me it had been returned to them and refunded to myself but could give me no reason why this had happened, they hadn’t had the decency to let me know. A very poor service and for this reason will not be using you again.
