“I am in the US and your website indicated you shipped here. I ordered 2 items on Nov 30 and kept tracking the package but it never left the warehouse. On Dec 24 I received an email that the order had been cancelled. I would order again, but I don’t think You really have capability to ship to US yet”

“I have been a good customer of Weird Fish both online and in store for many years now, but my most recent experience of online shopping has sorely disappointed me. I received someone else's order instead of mine and it was a real pain to try to get my original order sent to me. Only half of my original order was still available to send to me and a refund for the rest has had to be issued. The real pain was that I had to print off a label sent to me to take the mistaken parcel back to a Post Office to send back. This is not easy for me and took a whole half a day of my time too. I also felt I was threatenend when I was told (in online chat) that they would no longer accept any orders from me until I sent their mistake back to them! I feel as if I was made to pay for their mistake and so I feel as if I will no longer order anything from Weird Fish online again. Finally, remember that another customer got my order and is having to go through the same pains as me getting it sorted. Not good customer service.”

“This company is an absolute joke, no phone number to speak to anybody. I returned an item, still waiting for my refund, no reply to email, messenger. Beware if you think you will need to return anything.”

“I've loved this brand for over 20 years and still have a jumper that old from them This experience in ordering has put me off going back. Order only half arrived which means stock levels and website aren't linked which is stupid in this day and age. Part that did turn up were of poor quality and cut for someone with legs as thin as a pencil. Then had to create an account just to get a return working (just why??) and then had to further get in touch to delete my account after the refund as you can't do that yourself Such a faff for it all”

“I ordered a couple pullovers for my husband for Christmas. He bought one a few years ago while visiting and loved it. I never received it so I contacted customer service and instead of getting back to me with a shipping confirmation or tracking they cancelled my order and refunded me with no explanation. Now I had to scramble for a different gift. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered size 14 as I do but top came it was so small I would say size 10 labelled wrong ? Sent It back on 6th of December you received it on the 9th as I tracked it, on the 23rd I rang to ask for money was told sorry they would process it today have to wait another 3to5 days not happy with service.has happened before”

“I ordered two sizes of the same item. The large size fit, but was faulty (pillings on the fabric). However, we could only return the smaller sized item, as this was the only one that the returns-procedure- system would recognise and thus only issued us with one pre-paid returns label. Furthermore, it is almost three weeks since we returned this item and we still haven’t received our refund! Fortunately, we have managed to fix the faulty item ourselves … but we should not have had to do this. As a consequence, we won’t be purchasing, online, Weird Fish clothing anymore.”

“Ordered Christmas presents in November ahead of the rush and not only did they not arrive on time for Christmas but DPD never even received them. Got in contact with support line and they cancelled the order and told me to order again. So I did that and the same thing happened with my second order.”
