“Sadly the items were not delivered by dhl despite that we were home all day. Then the main item was out of stock so I had to cancel the order. Plus I received a knitted sweater as a gift at Christmas and it looks tatty at the elbows even though only worn about four times. We will not be buying Weird Fish products again.”

“I normally love clothes from WeirdFish, however, on this item there were 2 big problems. The colour was grey and not blue, as shown and detailed. And the sleeves were far too long. Disappointed 😞”

“Never received my parcel intact it wasn't even sent. It took nearly 3 weeks before I had to get hold of them and once I did the said they had run out of my size.and they claimed the royal mail had lost my parcel, but it was never even picked up, so more likely that we lost it or sent it to the wrong person. Very disappointed”

“First time I order something from Weird Fish via debenhams. Sent item back on 7.01.25 nd still not had an acknowledgment (today is 21.01.25) of when the item will be refunded. Not likely to purchase again if it takes this long to refund money back.”

“The reason ~I'm given one star is that they use Debenham DBZ on line to sell their goods.. I purchased the above jumper and returned for a refund, a month later no refund. I contacted Debenhams customer service via email as they have no contact phone number!, with proof of that item had been returned via Royal mail. Only be told in a poorly worded reply that they didn't recognise the post code where the jumper had been returned too, strange as I used their portal and QR Code which was used at the Post office ! Then I read their returns reviews and at it seems everyone has problems returning items to Debenhams DBZ and never receive refunds, whether its was their good or third party. Their returns system is awful process and many people are going to small claims to obtain refunds.. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Weird fish take note plus I'm still waiting for a refund.”

“I ordered two tops from Debenhams, fit was not good so decided to return them on the same day they arrived. That date was 02/01/2025. Yesterday I contacted the help line for Debenhams and explained that it was 19 days since I returned these items to you and I'd heard NOTHING I have the return details to confirm this. Why do you hold on to peoples money for such a long period not only that it took me time to ask Debenhams help line for assistance as to why haven't not only acknowledged my return but also refunded me. Such a disappointment from you.”

“Horrendous service. I bought a fleece from Debenhams on the 15th December. Returned it on the 28th December and I have had no updates regarding it until 18th January today the refund has been declined with no reasoning. The return was made via their returns portal to weird fish. I now have to pay for an item I do not have. I also have another return in progress which was sent back on the 7th January, again no update what so ever. Absolutely shocking service and I am now required to provide proof of postage and return label when they provide the returns label. I will never shop with weird fish or Debenhams again.”

“Firstly I was really annoyed to receive a huge parcel containing 4items in size 14! A skirt-white blouse-black leggings -a hoodie! I ordered 3 t-shirts in size 18! I immediately tried to ring-waste of time! I then went online to a chat bot! And was told to take a picture! I was then told to take to a post office to send back!!!! The post office is 3 miles away-so 6 miles round trip!! Then I was told my items were out of stock!! I ordered and paid for them on the 23rd Dec and this was 10 days later so I was furious ! So I’m not a happy customer at all.”
