The sooner Weirdfish stop using Evri delivery the better. I will not be ordering from Weirdfish again.

Weird sizings and very slow refund. I'm normally a 3 xl but everything was too small. Waited ages for a refund too. Would not recommend online shopping with Weird Fish.

Currently, the ordered goods (a sweater) has still not arrived with me. On request, the German postal service informed me that the goods are on their way back to the supplier. An inquiry at German customs was unsuccessful. I am currently not satisfied with the processing. It is not clear to me what the problem is. Are the goods still in customs or are the goods on their way to the supplier again?

I wanted to order another item but as I tried to put in my address 44 Knox road I couldn't because as I typed in my address stopped at 33 and I couldn't get to 44 for some reason so you have lost a sale

Very disappointing quality of the clothes, we have worn weird fish for close 15 years and been very happy in most cases. Big order was placed and upon receiving said order we found the quality had dropped exponentially which was shocking. The newer plastic fibres will not be as hard-wearing as the 100% cotton. I have old macaroni tops which are fabulous and still have years left in them. Go back to the way it was bring quality back and leave ESG ideas alone. Give the customers quality. That sits with the price.

Flipflops too big . Wont purchase anything from Weird Fish again . I misplaced my receipt as proof of purchase so never received my refund of £12.45 . Avoid Avoid

Both mugs sent, on separate occasions, were broken due to shabby, inadequate packaging. Will never shop here again

2 orders placed, items could not be fulfilled due to insufficient stock. I only found out on both occasions as I had to e mail customer services to ask where my order was, after one week of waiting for the despatch e mail. On the second occasion, I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply, I just (eventually) received an automated e mail to say my order once again could not be fulfilled, over one week after placing the order. What a waste of time. Shame, as I used to like Weird Fish products, but the website is not kept up to date with stock levels, and poor customer service now lets it down

Very disappointing, I placed an order got someone else’s order. And then was told they did not have my items and they did refund my money. But I will not use your company again. On the parcel there was a man’s name and address already on it then was covered over. The items where men’s clothing and therefor I think the company knew these were not my items but still sent them.

My order never delivered. It was sent to Iran? Customer Service couldn't re-send the order because of a labeling technicality. Was refunded in the end. Very disappointed.
