“I ordered a jumper which didn’t arrive. I had received an e-mail telling me it had been dispatched but the delivery company told me they hadn’t received it. Weird fish told me that it had gone missing ,they would refund me and they did so promptly. I hadn’t asked for a refund and wonder why another jumper wasn’t sent or if that colour had sold out why I wasn't offered another colour. All advertising for Weirdfish I am still seeing uses the jumper I wanted as their main picture!”
