“Placed an order with Debenhams for two Wierd Fish Hooked Branded T shirts in large, the duck egg one was smaller than the other so had to return it to Wierd Fish, as it was sent diect from them, which they received back on 25th November, but neither company have acknowledged or credited this, they just keep fobbing me off. I certainly won't be buying from either company again, and will be taking this further!!”

“Returned some items through their returns process. I item refunded, others delivered at the same time, still showing as 'awaited' on account and no confirmation or refund yet 6 days later. Customer service say they don't check until 10 working days passed and will no longer confirm receipt of goods so you're left hanging!”

“On 8th Nov I placed my first order and I received a welcome email from the MD which was a nice touch. However when I replied to this email to report a faulty garment my email went straight to customer services and apart for an automated response I haven't had any response from them. I returned the garments and reordered but the second jumper had the same fault so was returned on 25th Nov along with 2 sweatshirts I'd encouraged my husband to buy. Over a week has passed and I've had no confirmation that you've received the return which was over £100 in value. I really wanted to start to buy from Weirdfish but after this experience I'm afraid I won't be doing this.”
