Ordered for Christmas and was deeply disappointed to be let down My husbands presents never arrived and I was refunded a few days before the big day so was unable to order anything else !!!

I really like Weird Fish, BUT. Having tried several tops in a size 18 they were all too tight in the upper arms. Please can the designers take into consideration that a person who is a size 18 normally has bigger upper arms than a size 12/14. Unfortunately had to send my last order back.

I ordered multiple items that never came. I called and they refunded my card but wouldn’t refill the order. When I went to purchase the items again they were significantly more expensive and couldn’t come in time for Christmas. Overall disappointed.

I bought 2 jumpers as those were looking nice on website image. One was not too bad but the other one was not good. So I returned those two as those did not fit my expectations and did not look well on me. But I only have received the refund after deducting £1.99 for postage for one item though I returned both the jumpers on the same day. The return system was funny. I was only able to return both the items separately though those 2 were delivered to me together in one parcel. The return contact I chose is texting method to Debenhams . I have informed Debenhams about the delay in acknowledging my 2nd jumper return in texts. The AI service from other side is frustrating. I have now sent an email as well to return service for which I am waiting to hear. I believe there is a postage charge that could be on my 2 nd jumper return as well. I am quite annoyed and frustrated with the return service. Now I have come to a situation where I will be happy if I receive a return after postage deduction is made for the 2 nd item as well.

I ordered two items that never shipped. Then, I was notified that they were returned. I was refunded the money. However, I was never given an explanation as to why the items never shipped in the first place.

I recently purchased, through Debenhams, a Macarini sweater for my husband but it was too big. I tried to get a return label via your portal system but it would not recognise the order number and there was no other option to go to. I then contacted Customer Service at Debenhams to explain which took several emails before someone kindly emailed me to the returns label. I took the parcel to the Post Office the next day on the 3rd January. I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund.

The t shirt was fine but too big. I tried to return the t shirt but debenhams have a complicated system of returns and due to illness I missed the return date of 5th January.i won't buy from Debenhams again because of the complicated returns instructions.

I place the order on the 1/12, I chased it on the 16/12/24 as it was a christmas present. Chased it again and then was told by customer service on the 23/12/24 at 10.03 that my order was cancelled and you would refund the amount to my card. I communicated with your customer service as I did not cancel this christmas present order and to cancel it 37 hours before christmas was unacceptable. You did not offer to resend this order which would have been the correct response. I will think twice about odering again.

I am in the US and your website indicated you shipped here. I ordered 2 items on Nov 30 and kept tracking the package but it never left the warehouse. On Dec 24 I received an email that the order had been cancelled. I would order again, but I don’t think You really have capability to ship to US yet

I have been a good customer of Weird Fish both online and in store for many years now, but my most recent experience of online shopping has sorely disappointed me. I received someone else's order instead of mine and it was a real pain to try to get my original order sent to me. Only half of my original order was still available to send to me and a refund for the rest has had to be issued. The real pain was that I had to print off a label sent to me to take the mistaken parcel back to a Post Office to send back. This is not easy for me and took a whole half a day of my time too. I also felt I was threatenend when I was told (in online chat) that they would no longer accept any orders from me until I sent their mistake back to them! I feel as if I was made to pay for their mistake and so I feel as if I will no longer order anything from Weird Fish online again. Finally, remember that another customer got my order and is having to go through the same pains as me getting it sorted. Not good customer service.

This company is an absolute joke, no phone number to speak to anybody. I returned an item, still waiting for my refund, no reply to email, messenger. Beware if you think you will need to return anything.
