Original order placed late November 2024 for Christmas. Queried whereabouts on 18/12/24 and told lost. Reordered, but of course some items no longer available. Still no tracking details on this re-order (supposedly more than 3 weeks after despatch), I doubt if its going to show up either. But of course you're desperate for rating starts, so you're looking from my opinion even before I have the goods. So no, I am not satisfied and have no confidence in your service.

Hallo, Ich kann leider noch keine Bewertung abgeben da ich leider meine Bestellung (19.12.24)noch nicht bekommen habe. Ich habe zwar eine ordernummer bekommen kann diese aber bei dpd nicht finden. Ich gehe daher davon aus das ich wohl keine Ware mehr bekomme und das Geld weg ist. Echt abzocke...

I was disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The materials of the clothes I purchased felt poor quality and did not meet my expectations, which led me to return the items. Unfortunately, the returns process was not as smooth as I’d hoped. Initially, the company refused to refund the delivery charge, despite the fact that this is a legal requirement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 for items returned within the cancellation period. While they did eventually agree to refund the delivery charge, it was framed as a “one-off,” which was frustrating given that it is a customer right, not a goodwill gesture. I appreciate that the issue was resolved in the end, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I’d recommend they review their policies and procedures to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly process.

Hi, I ordered my product on the02nd December and by the 22nd December, i had still not received any notification from you. I tried several times to contact you via call and email and nothing. Finally you came back and said the "Your order has been cancelled because we are unable to verify your information." on the 23rd December!!!!! It was a Christmas gift, Very poor communication from you guys. Not good at all. Very poor customer service, Regards Catriona

I had two mails from Weird Fish which both had different tracking numbers. I kept trying to track the parcel, using both numbers, and was unsuccessful, the parcel just disappeared and was never received by the courier. I contacted Weird Fish and they refunded me.

This item was returned as it was not a good fit. I am still waiting for a refund .As it was returned through Royal Mail it was delivered back to you on the 13/12/24.

Ordered for Christmas and was deeply disappointed to be let down My husbands presents never arrived and I was refunded a few days before the big day so was unable to order anything else !!!

I really like Weird Fish, BUT. Having tried several tops in a size 18 they were all too tight in the upper arms. Please can the designers take into consideration that a person who is a size 18 normally has bigger upper arms than a size 12/14. Unfortunately had to send my last order back.

I ordered multiple items that never came. I called and they refunded my card but wouldn’t refill the order. When I went to purchase the items again they were significantly more expensive and couldn’t come in time for Christmas. Overall disappointed.

I bought 2 jumpers as those were looking nice on website image. One was not too bad but the other one was not good. So I returned those two as those did not fit my expectations and did not look well on me. But I only have received the refund after deducting £1.99 for postage for one item though I returned both the jumpers on the same day. The return system was funny. I was only able to return both the items separately though those 2 were delivered to me together in one parcel. The return contact I chose is texting method to Debenhams . I have informed Debenhams about the delay in acknowledging my 2nd jumper return in texts. The AI service from other side is frustrating. I have now sent an email as well to return service for which I am waiting to hear. I believe there is a postage charge that could be on my 2 nd jumper return as well. I am quite annoyed and frustrated with the return service. Now I have come to a situation where I will be happy if I receive a return after postage deduction is made for the 2 nd item as well.
