“The item I ordered was not delivered and instead I received a totally unsuitable item . I rang as soon as possible as I was going away and wanted the fleece I had ordered. Immediately I was dealt with extremely well. A refund was immediately given. Sadly I was told that the itemi had ordered in your sale was no longer in stock . I was promised a refund of the postage for any item I bought in replacement. My replacement fleece arrived in time for me to take it on my trip. All very smooth . Thank you to your customer service team”
