“Really disappointed, ordered Hatty cardigan, was due to arrive on 23 December . As at 7 January no sign of it , unable to contact Wierd Fish customer services, phone went dead, live chat not working and finally got a refund after the 4th email and a call to Portsmouth store. Shockingly bad!”

“I have the knee length red coat with a fur trimmed hood, it’s lovely, very warm and light. In fact the first time I wore it was on Christmas Eve when I went into town to see a performance by Titan the Robot. It picked me out from the crowd and sang Lady in Red to me, I was kept well informed of the quick delivery time.”
