“Sent the wrong item. Dud not resend the correct item. Had to chase to get the refund and that did not include the postage. Your mistake vost me money. Never so much as an apology. Awful experience.”

“Love Weird Fish brand clothes. They’re my ‘go to’ store (physical and online) for keeping my wardrobe up to date and season appropriate. They’re good quality, the fit is consistent across the range and they’re fashionable. There’s never a problem either if I have to return an item.”

“Happy enough with the items purchased but miffed to get an email offering another 10% off what I had previously viewed (and bought!) Then you offer another 15% for this review! I should have viewed all the items I initially bought, then waited for the further discount and review offers before buying the rest. However I am now better prepared for the end of next season's sales.”

“I recently had to return an item. I felt the refund process was taking an abnormally long time compared to other online retailers. I emailed customer support to query this and received a very abrupt and surly reply as to their refund policy. I still haven’t received my refund. I also explained that I returned my item because it had huge armholes and was unwearable. In response to this, I was sent an image of the item with a ‘well this is how it was displayed’ remark. Not particularly impressed and don’t think I will use Weird Fish online again.”

“I recently purchased a bright green rain jacket for my sister. I had problem to identify the size so I risked the bigger one. Unfortunately I had to send back as it was too big. I'm getting the smaller one called S-M what is really confusing. Would be more helpful to have mesurment and single sizes rather than s-m l-xl to identify what is the right size. I absolutely love this jacket, fast delivery easy to send back. Only 4 stars because of the sizing confusion”

“Fashion styles I love, gilets ,jackets & cardigans. All comfortable to wear, lightweight but warm. Customer service that you can call and actually speak to someone. Easy access to your orders and importantly the occasional return is clearly seen. Recommend.”
