“Liked my skirt very much but it was shorter than I expected as the model was 5ft 10 and the skirt looked almost ankle length. I'm 5ft 6 and it is mid calf. It would help if you actually gave the length.”

“Not happy I couldn’t send them back as they were to small I have been trying to to get return label but has not worked, I have had a few things from you but not anymore I cannot afford to lose money but after all this time , and them saying the same thing just for a label”

“Not sure how to review this. I ordered anitem which I liked but was too big and had to return it. This shows as being delivered 31/5 and I've not received any confirmation of receipt and the website still does not show as being received either. The response I've received on the back of my query seems to be standard wording.”
