“Shoes I wanted not in store. Went online and the shoes I wanted in my size only, at half price, for sale. Ordering easy, option for home delivery or collect from store of your choice. Kept informed by email of delivery status and when ready for collection in store. What’s not too like 👍”

“I'm usually very happy with Weird Fish service and products but had a couple of issues this time. One of the 3 items I ordered was 2 sizes smaller than ordered (the label sewn into the skirt was smaller than the loose card inside the bag so presumably rebagged incorrectly by another customer and not checked when they returned to Weird Fish). Another item was a fleece which I didn't feel was as good quality then others I have bought. I returned both items together in the original packaging but only got a refund for one. Having made contact to query this, I received a refund for the second item. Whilst all was resolved, the experience was not as good as I have previously had.”
