“I ordered several items in the Black Friday sale but sadly had to return some of them as they either didn't fit or didn't suit. I returned them on 25.11.2025 and have not yet had an acknowledgment of the return or a refund. I appreciate this is a busy time but to have no correspondence at all is a little worrying. I would recommend Weird Fish for the variety and quality of the clothing but customer service seems to be very slow.”

“Prices are quite reasonable and garments are good quality. Sometimes the 'fit' is either too large or too small, however the returns facility seems to work well. Overall I'm very happy with my purchases”

“Actually I was told in your shop (Lytham St Annes) that my purchase would not be in the black friday sale but looking on line it was so I purchased on line for a good discount. The only problem with postage isnthat thenitem came to mevery creased and it cannot be ironed.”
