“The garments were exactly as I required. There was a problem with the packaging that they arrive in. There was a layer of very sticky plastic that had a strong chemical smell, similar to gloss paint. The garments were not affected”

“I ordered a cardigan, on 8 March and paid. Received confirmation from you. A parcel arrived with completely the wrong garment in it. I was advised that the cardigan was not in stock! I returned the parcel via Post Office, as requested. I have had no refund so far. I am very disappointed. I then received a marketing email suggesting that Ipurchase the cardigan that you said is out of stock. What a mess!”

“Teddy fleece full zip top is exactly as expected. It is so soft and cozy. I particularly like the slightly high low hem with side vents. Also purchased a fleece jumper which is also soft and cozy and a lovely colour. Both items were in the sale and arrived a few days after ordering.”
