“I have ordered from you several times and bought garments in your shop in Cornwall. Although the ranges are fairly limited, I like your approach; and the clothes I have bought are good quality and excellent value for money, I am definitely a fan. However, I was extremely disappointed with my last order and am now reassessing my opinion, not of the quality but of your company. I placed an order, waited ONE MONTH for the delivery (I was told to continue to wait when I made an enquiry), and then my order was just cancelled! You have now sold out of the garments so I cannot reorder.”

“Love Weird Fish clothes although the material seems a lot thinner on the dresses. One thing I dislike is they the refunds take so long and I’ve had to chase them up a few times as they have literally not been done! Even weeks after returning items.”

“I used to buy quite a few dresses from Weird Fish but, particularly the winter ones, they've become so very dreary. It's winter, we need bright colours not the gloomy ones now sold”

“Ordered a ladies fleece, I had purchased one many years ago and been pleased with the original quality. The new fleece doesn't feel as though the material is as thick and there are no pockets. I must admit I hadn't checked when ordering. I think the price is similar to what I paid previousy, perhaps a small increase in the cost would ensure the same quality/specification as previously.”

“The top was a nice fabric and colour but the sleeves were too restrictive for me personally. I returned it but I have not yet received a refund. I made my purchase through Debenhams which I would not do again as returning was not straightforward.”

“Weird Fish has lovely designs and I used to buy a lot from this shop. But a few years back they started to make economies in their manufacturing. The garments are cut more skimpily. For example the trouser pockets are shallower, making them useless for keeping anything in securely. I still order things from time to time but am generally disappointed and have to send them back. I wish they had charged a little more where necessary and kept the quality.”

“Bought 2 pairs of jeans of the back of buying some previously. Really like them only issue is the weird fish logo badge on the back is already hanging off looks silly. So after one wash haven't wore them again. Noticed the material of the logos are very different not the same quality”

“I chose two items, a size 10 top and a size 8. The variation was so big. The 10 was more like a 20. It just hung on me - large in every area. The 8 was too small. Cost me the postage.”

“I ordered 3 knitwear items. All of them were too generous in size but good quality. However one which was labelled and meant to be a size 8 must have been a size 18, as it was so big with the sleeves hanging 6” below my fingertips.”
