“Free returns: If the seller offers a "free returns" policy, they should refund the original postage as well as cover the return shipping cost. The policy should state that the original delivery cost is refunded along with the cost of the goods. £3.95 was deducted from the amount I paid and when I questioned this I was told this was correct? Please clarify as according to the above statement it was not correct”

“The jacket that arrived was a great colour and looked well made. It does seem on the large side, unlike other makes of jacket of that type. However, ordering and delivery was very disappointing. My preferred delivery option, delivery in a couple of days, disappeared from view at check out. An option to collect locally was offered, but didn't say how long it would take. Having placed the order it then showed it would effectively take longer than standard delivery. After a phone call I was promised it had now changed to standard delivery but this was of course just a complete fabrication as I discovered the following week. Having had no notification of delivery I found my package had been languishing in the delivery location I had originally asked for! I don't think I'll be taking up the offer of future discounts unless WF sort out their delivery service.”

“No communication about an item I paid for was out of stock. Like on the delivery note or even an email. I had to keep checking the bank to see what payment went out. It was the full amount then about 5 days later the smaller amount was taken. If you know when it’s despatched an item is out of stock put this on the delivery note or send an email don’t leave customers guessing.”
