“Coat is nice and warm but tried it in the wet weather so no o idea if it is fully waterproof. My only complaint about this coat that creases do not drop out, I put it in a rucksack when I got too warm and when I got it out again it was very badly creased, even steam from bathroom doesn't work for dropping the creases.”

“I am pleaed with the size 14 T Shirt. I returned the size 16 immediately which arrived & was sighed for on 6/3 at 17.51pm. I am still awaiting an acknowledgement & refund., so I am not pleased with your after sales service.”

“I have just bought my fifth Weird Fish top but it is the first one I have bought online without trying it on first. I take a medium but this one buries me with sleeves 75mm too long. Feels like a large one to me though the label says medium. It's also very long. I'll keep it as its very warm but I couldn't really wear it socially. Disappointing as I have always been pleased with Weird Fish tops before”

“Unfortunately I was unable to comment on the jumpers I ordered as the wrong items were delivered. Despite returning them straight away, I am still waiting on confirmation of the refund. Luckily, I purchased via Klarna and made them aware of it, so they have suspended payment.”

“I ordered 2 zipped jackets. One fleece which had a really hard placket and zip and one macaroni which was huge with long sleeves which came down to my finger tips! So sorry not impressed. Both items returned”

“I ordered a jumper which arrived very promptly. Unfortunately I didn't think the main colour suited me. Also there was a small flaw in the back yoke which was disappointing. I have returned it and was pleased to have a prompt reimbursement.”

“Have many Weird Fish tops all 3xl I have recently lost weight and thought I might replace with 2xl What a mistake, all were really substantial smaller and had to give them away Either the sizing has changed or there is a very large difference between 2xl and 3xl”

“This is not the first time I have bought a Weird Fish product and as before I was really pleased with my fleece but I had to return the gilet as it was too big. It took some time to process this on line and continued to show waiting. When I checked the reason for this, I did get confirmation that my return would be processed and I would be reimbursed. I then decided to place a second order for a hooded fleece and this was promotly despatched. Unfortunately, after several days and in response to an email I was advised that it was a "missing product". I chose to be reimbursed rather than have a replacement order sent. I have now been reimbursed for both products, thank you. However, going forward I would prefer not to buy online but to buy direct from retail outlets.”
