Nice jumper, just very disappointed that the Black Friday deal turned out to be an item with a hole in the back. Further disappointment when the original postage wasn't refunded despite selecting the faulty code. Not good enough.

I ordered an olive green fleece in medium and was sent a blue one in large ! Sent it back and am destined to be charged £1.99 postage !

Purchased items via Debenhams. Good stuff but the the returns process is complicated and very slow. Two items returned 4th Dec, but only one processed to date (18th).

Returns and refunds are painfully slow. 15 days later no acknowledgement of receiving return and no refund.

The quality of the product was great. Unfortunately, being a larger person, although the width of the product was perfect, the length was not. Therefore I had to return the item. Devastated.

Ordered from site thinking it was free pick up, and was then charged £3.95 ! Complained and was told it would be refunded. I am still waiting. This has put me off using the site again

Unfortunately my order has still not arrived. Royal Mail sent it to wrong town. Now back at another depot. Don't know when I'll get it. These jumpers were ordered for my sons birthday which has now passed. Disappointed!

I placed my first order and was impressed with communication, however, I didn’t actually receive it. Weird Fish said it was dispatched but Evri said they were expecting the parcel. Customer service at Weird Fish was excellent as they refunded postage first and then the full order when it became clear they couldn’t fulfil it. However, I missed giving my step dad his present on his birthday and had to find something else in a rush. I would be reluctant to order from Weird Fish again

Good products, delivered quickly, free returns, wait a while for refund, posted back 23rd Nov, received at Weird Fish 26th Nov, now on 8th Dec and money still not in my account, very poor

My Cruiser 1/4 Zip Eco Macaroni Sweatshirt in Brick Red developed a hole in the arm within the first two months. I brought this to the attention of Weird fish who kindly offered to refund or replace. I chose to replace as I liked the sweatshirt but unfortunately they no longer had stock in Brick red. I chose Teal blue which duely arrived with detials of how to return the faulty Brick red one. My partner loved the colour of the Brick red and repaired the hole, I lied the teal blue so offered to purchase both. I even went onto the website and tried to buy it in blue but there was no stock available. Oddly weird fish made me return one of the sweatshirts even through I'd offered to purchash both. I'm now left with a repaired sweatshirt and find weird fish's customer care somewhat lacking

Honestly very disappointed, my order got lost and I was told only 1 item out of 3 could be re-ordered. I asked for a refund instead. Moreover I received an under payment on postage for a parcel-£7 (at this point I was unsure who from). I Paid the postage and received the parcel. Very surprised to see it was my weird fish order! I now have to contact weird fish and ask for a return slip as I can’t keep the Order, as I had previously asked for a refund.
