“My Cruiser 1/4 Zip Eco Macaroni Sweatshirt in Brick Red developed a hole in the arm within the first two months. I brought this to the attention of Weird fish who kindly offered to refund or replace. I chose to replace as I liked the sweatshirt but unfortunately they no longer had stock in Brick red. I chose Teal blue which duely arrived with detials of how to return the faulty Brick red one. My partner loved the colour of the Brick red and repaired the hole, I lied the teal blue so offered to purchase both. I even went onto the website and tried to buy it in blue but there was no stock available. Oddly weird fish made me return one of the sweatshirts even through I'd offered to purchash both. I'm now left with a repaired sweatshirt and find weird fish's customer care somewhat lacking”

“Honestly very disappointed, my order got lost and I was told only 1 item out of 3 could be re-ordered. I asked for a refund instead. Moreover I received an under payment on postage for a parcel-£7 (at this point I was unsure who from). I Paid the postage and received the parcel. Very surprised to see it was my weird fish order! I now have to contact weird fish and ask for a return slip as I can’t keep the Order, as I had previously asked for a refund.”

“I have had clothes from here many times but they just seem to get worse, I take a medium normally, in wierd fish, this time one top was too small and the second I would need the arms of an orangutan, the sleeves where way too long, I only scraped two stars because my wife got a dress that did fit, also quality is not what it was...”

“This is not a comment on the excellent quality of the clothing, it’s a criticism of the return service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and would have wanted an exchange. I’m still waiting for the return to be processed before re-ordering.”

“I've bought a lot of Weird Fish clothing over the years and been generally happy with it but I think the parting of the ways is upon me. Last couple of t shirts have been noticeably lower quality; thinner fabric, collars unstructured so they stretch almost immediately. The prices have gone up though! £28 for a t shirt that feels like a £2 special from a market stall is just taking the you-know-what. Goodbye, Weird Fish - missing you already!”
