“Initially I was fairly satisfied with the cotton sleeveless tops which I bought online. They were all the same style but in different colours and the white one was a thinner material than the navy and pink ones. I decided to keep them This didn't seem too much of a problem. Closer inspection revealed small runs of stitching on the inside of the pink and white tops of the garments were in random contrasting colours. Worse still, inside the revere of the white top there were yellow and turquoise felt pen lines. I have yet to wash it but fear the worst. I would have returned them but no longer had the relevant paperwork”

“Hi I would of given 1* Because I Got sent a clearly faulty Jacket that somehow got through quality control, but I have given 2* only Because of the quickness of customer service Getting back to me And the return process being easier than I thought”

“Hi thanks for your email, the purchase was for my wife and sadly it was not what she was looking for and so it was returned to you on the 7th of March, I have not received the money back into my account yet, so things are not going great from my perspective, Firstly the package was lost then I had to reorder and now I've not been refunded!”

“I bought a Macaroni jacket a few weeks ago but returned it because the fabric was not what I expected. I have a couple of other Macaroni jackets but they are now quite old. The fabric used for the old items is soft and flexible. The fabric used for the item I recently purchased is quite different - possibly a different composition and definitely a difference "weave", with a much "harder" feel. Also, the binding tape at the end of the sleeves is totally inflexible which make turning up the cuffs almost impossible. A great shame that you have changed things.”

“Loved the dress BUT the pockets were sewn on the back, not the front. OK, these things happen but someone else had returned the dress before and put a note in the bag explaining it. The note was still in the bag when I received it so someone who checks returns needs a bit more training maybe? No option to exchange so I just sent it back (with the original & a new note). Shame, Weird Fish is usually excellent.”

“very often the online trousers/jeans do not stipulate the length. As i have been caught out before by receiving trousers that are to long I called customer services and asked a specific question regarding the length of cargo trouser. I was told they were a regular fit which was 30inches. On receipt they were at least a 32 leg possible 33 hence returned the item.”

“Order arrived, but the main item had been cancelled (and refunded) without notice. Very frustrating as this was a gift. Another main item was also missing from the order. This hadn't been refunded and I had to chase to get the refund. 3 out of 5 ordered items delivered. Not a great ratio tbh”

“Poor service on this occasion. I responded to an offer notification which said that delivery would be after Christmas so I placed an order as the delivery suited my Christmas movements. However the order was despatched and a delivery attempted prior to Christmas when I was away, hence wanting the later delivery. When notified of the intended delivery I tried to cancel but was unable to because it had gone to despatch.!! So the outcome was my order being left on the doorstep of a vacant property. To compound the problem Weird Fish issued an additional discount offer very soon after my order being placed. Despite raising this with them I have not yet received the credit of the additional discount I was promised. I hope this isn’t the start of of reduced service levels.”

“I ordered a size 18 yet I was sent a size 16. Unfortunately I made the mistake and took the label off. So I could not return the fleece which is to small for me.”

“goods ordered were never registered as received by EVRI, your team did organise another order which was meant to arrive express delivery the next day. This did not happen, the goods were only received the day after they were promised.”
