“Order arrived, but the main item had been cancelled (and refunded) without notice. Very frustrating as this was a gift. Another main item was also missing from the order. This hadn't been refunded and I had to chase to get the refund. 3 out of 5 ordered items delivered. Not a great ratio tbh”

“Poor service on this occasion. I responded to an offer notification which said that delivery would be after Christmas so I placed an order as the delivery suited my Christmas movements. However the order was despatched and a delivery attempted prior to Christmas when I was away, hence wanting the later delivery. When notified of the intended delivery I tried to cancel but was unable to because it had gone to despatch.!! So the outcome was my order being left on the doorstep of a vacant property. To compound the problem Weird Fish issued an additional discount offer very soon after my order being placed. Despite raising this with them I have not yet received the credit of the additional discount I was promised. I hope this isn’t the start of of reduced service levels.”

“I ordered a size 18 yet I was sent a size 16. Unfortunately I made the mistake and took the label off. So I could not return the fleece which is to small for me.”

“goods ordered were never registered as received by EVRI, your team did organise another order which was meant to arrive express delivery the next day. This did not happen, the goods were only received the day after they were promised.”

“Bought for hubby for New Year, who loves WeirdFish clothing , the shirt looked really nice , the colour was great but unfortunately upon opening it, there was a very strange smell from it. Have washed according to the label and there’s still a funny smell.”

“My order disappeared and did not come in time for Christmas (was meant to arrive in 19th and no communication as to where it was). Contacted weird fish customer services who sent another one one out and only refunded postage and didn’t discount product for inconvenience”

“Order 3 items from your website..told 2 days later that the website hadn't been updated and 2 items where out of stock!! . apparently you sent the 3rd item which after 2 weeksand 2 days before Christmas I was told it was lost in the post .. customer service very poor and overall disappointing..”

“I purchased a men's jacket for a Christmas present and was very disappointed when my Nephew tried on the jacket only to find that there was an obvious tear in the lining of one of the sleeves. I had to return the jacket but have not yet received my refund even tho the tracking states it was delivered a couple of days ago.”

“I have brought many heritage t shirts in the past, I ordered one that I’ve just opened to be wrapped for a Christmas present and it has clearly been sized wrong. It’s meant to be 3xl I’ve checked against others I have and it’s 4 inches smaller across the chest! Called customer service and the girl said it was now out of stock ….. very disappointed”
