“Hi guys, well tbh, I was hoping for great things from my first-ever order with WF, I'd ordered the Barrow, organic cotton classic jeans, in indigo, but alas, although I'd been told the item was dispatched and on its way, with a tracking number, 10 days later they hadn't arrived, so I contacted WF only to be told they had been lost or misplaced within the courier network? (Royal Mail) Yes, I was given a refund for this item, but I'd spent 10 day's patience waiting for the jeans I needed urgently. Therefore, my experience isn't a good one, to say the least, yes I know these things can happen, but I wasn't even offered anything as a goodwill gesture etc. Yes, I'll probably look for something else from WF in the coming weeks but how will I have faith that it would arrive? Thanks and kind regards, Nigel”

“I have purchased a great many shirts and jackets from you over the last 10 years or more. With my latest purchase (description of organic Cotten being irrelevant), I was not impressed to find right away that the quality brand new is lesser (in both quality and density of weave) than a earlier shirt that has seen a great deal of use over the last 10 years. I would not expect to see daylight through a brand new shirt from weird fish - both the feel and weight make it very clear that a great deal less (possibly inferior grade) Cotten has been put into your product for the same price. If I were to recommend you to friends of mine, I can only recommend that they go for older, tried and tested stock, you have had a reputation for quality, do not let some accountant ruin this - quality has a price, not premium, but a price non the less. How can you expect customers to buy online if you are going to change your standard of quality this much.”

“Bought some culottes which were very nice but they have shrunk on first wash. I used very cool water with a mild washing liquid for delicate items. Fortunately the culottes still fit although now fit tighter so I hope they don't shrink again! If so I shall be returning them. Disappointed!”

“The original order although on the website was out 3stock.ordered later on and they honoured the price difference. Received delivery date only to receive a email on the day it should have arrived to say out of stock. I give up. Have never had problems before.”

“The goods arrived promptly and are of the high quality I would expect from Weird Fish. I had to return one item - shorts which were a lot smaller than my usual size. Eleven days after the return was received by the company, I've had no refund. Just done the live chat to chase this and am told that refunds take up to ten working days. I accept that this is all in the terms and conditions - and in line with most companies. However, it is extremely unusual to have to wait this long - and there was absolutely no apology; just a flat statement that this is in their terms and conditions. Not the way to persuade people to shop with them again.”

“Disappointed. Bought 3 pairs last year and have worn them most of the summer coastal and moor walking. Very comfortable and very quick to dry after rain. This time however the rise is lower, the waist feels larger and the legs tighter resulting in them sliding down as I walk. Has the cut or material changed? As I cut off the tabs and roll them down , I can’t return so sadly they are destined for the charity shop.”

“I only ordered 1 pair of 3/4 length cargo jeans in Navy as your website said you were out of Blue Mirage in size 12, which I preferred. Then you sent both and took payment for both on Amazon Pay which I didn't want to use. But there was no alternative: I wanted to use Paypal but it was greyed out. I have received a refund of £25.20, but I think I should have had the full price which was £29.15 as it was Weird Fish's mistake not mine. It is very unlikely I will shop with you again.”

“Very disappointed in the recent order of large polo shirts. I now have 4 and they all have a different fit!! The first one I bought, I have been delighted with, it has worn very well and kept its colour and shape. The second one purchased has been good, slightly longer than the first but comfortable. The last two are much longer and not the same fit under the arms and across the shoulders. I have also bought numerous T-shirts and been very happy with all of them”

“Very pleased with the paw paw T shirt in midnight. This is my fourth in this style. BUT I sent for sizes 10 and 12 to try. I returned the larger size 18 days ago....rang last week to trigger a refund...but I'm still waiting. I am reluctant to order online again.”

“I ordered shorts and two t shirts. One t shirt is supposed to be the same size xl as the other but it's way bigger. Don't have tab on it so now stuck with a t shirt way too big”

“I got no sign whatsoever, that I had to pay an additional €18 on a t shirt of €25 to import the shirt in the Netherlands. Together with high cost of handling and sending the package the price more than doubled! -:)”
