“I returned it appropriately 2 weeks ago by Royal Mail (took parcel to their depot). The jacket was much too long in the body also in the sleeves. I have not received any communication from you.”

“The clothes I kept are fine. However the ones I returned are showing as processed but I’ve still not received my refund. It’s been over 2 weeks. Off putting”

“The items that I’d ordered were not to my liking , I have tried a few quarter zip tops.The reason for my low mark is that their procedure for returns leave a lot to be desired have had to email twice both times to look at my tracking receipt where as every other customer service inform of their receipt , I’ve had refunds from two other companies in the time Weird Fish have processed one , if what I am lead to believe they received my return on the 6th it is now the 13 , still no sign ! ,Will not be ordering anything else from Weird Fish”

“Initially I was fairly satisfied with the cotton sleeveless tops which I bought online. They were all the same style but in different colours and the white one was a thinner material than the navy and pink ones. I decided to keep them This didn't seem too much of a problem. Closer inspection revealed small runs of stitching on the inside of the pink and white tops of the garments were in random contrasting colours. Worse still, inside the revere of the white top there were yellow and turquoise felt pen lines. I have yet to wash it but fear the worst. I would have returned them but no longer had the relevant paperwork”

“Hi thanks for your email, the purchase was for my wife and sadly it was not what she was looking for and so it was returned to you on the 7th of March, I have not received the money back into my account yet, so things are not going great from my perspective, Firstly the package was lost then I had to reorder and now I've not been refunded!”

“I bought a Macaroni jacket a few weeks ago but returned it because the fabric was not what I expected. I have a couple of other Macaroni jackets but they are now quite old. The fabric used for the old items is soft and flexible. The fabric used for the item I recently purchased is quite different - possibly a different composition and definitely a difference "weave", with a much "harder" feel. Also, the binding tape at the end of the sleeves is totally inflexible which make turning up the cuffs almost impossible. A great shame that you have changed things.”

“Loved the dress BUT the pockets were sewn on the back, not the front. OK, these things happen but someone else had returned the dress before and put a note in the bag explaining it. The note was still in the bag when I received it so someone who checks returns needs a bit more training maybe? No option to exchange so I just sent it back (with the original & a new note). Shame, Weird Fish is usually excellent.”
