“I had jeans arrive, the bag was correct but inside the jeans were the wrong colour and had different sizes written on the tag and in the inside label of the jeans. Clearly noone is checking what is being sent out. This is very disappointing. Still waiting for refund as I phoned customer service and they said to send back and if they don't check the jeans I'll get my refund but if they notice they are not the ones it says they sent out there would be a problem. They wrote a note on account to try and avoid this but customer service advisor did not care about my experience or try to resolve the problem, just said it may be an issue and I'd have to sort again at later date.”

“I had an issue with my order, one item was not in stock. I was assured on emails they would look into and get back to me. Sadly they didn’t. I ended up spending more by having to order something else and pay postage on top. Still waiting now for someone to get back to me”

“So, the items I bought are of good quality and were delivered relatively quickly. BUT part of my order was missing. Luckily I had opened the package as the items were for Christmas presents. There was NO intimation that an item was delayed or not in stock. When I called up I got a half hearted apology and told my item would be sent out, which it was. But I’m a little wary of a company who cannot get a 4 item order correct! Doesn’t say much for their quality control.”

“Good products but very bad marketing. With the Brexit bonus of having to pay import charges and EU VAT, I would have expected no UK VAT to be charged and for this to be clearly stated! So I am unimpressed with your 20% discount offer which in fact is no discount, as you do not have to charge VAT on exports,”
