I purchased a men's jacket for a Christmas present and was very disappointed when my Nephew tried on the jacket only to find that there was an obvious tear in the lining of one of the sleeves. I had to return the jacket but have not yet received my refund even tho the tracking states it was delivered a couple of days ago.
