I had jeans arrive, the bag was correct but inside the jeans were the wrong colour and had different sizes written on the tag and in the inside label of the jeans. Clearly noone is checking what is being sent out. This is very disappointing. Still waiting for refund as I phoned customer service and they said to send back and if they don't check the jeans I'll get my refund but if they notice they are not the ones it says they sent out there would be a problem. They wrote a note on account to try and avoid this but customer service advisor did not care about my experience or try to resolve the problem, just said it may be an issue and I'd have to sort again at later date.
