“Of late the quality of your products has dipped sharply. My last order was returned in its entirety as the items were a combination of badly designed, poor quality and bearing no resemblance to the photos on your website. One t shirt even had a hole in it! I have been an avid follower of your products but unless you address your failings I will shop elsewhere from now on.”

“I expected 24 hour delivery and it took longer so I missed receiving the items before I left for a holiday and had a neighbour take the parcel in. I returned an item as so long and large a couple of weeks ago but haven’t had a refund yet.”

“Ordered via Debenhams and returned 2 items. No correspondence to say you had received return and I had to make contact on 2 occasions to chase the refund.”

“Great items. I’ve bought many before & only one pair of shorts was small for its size. My score is 2 for choosing Royal Mail but getting EVRI who failed to deliver on the first day & threw my parcel over the open gate in view of the street on the second day. Staff at Wierd Fish then told me to prove that EVRI had been given the delivery which I did. They then answered my refund enquiry rudely. I will not shop with Wierd Fish again.”

“Very disappointed with my purchase. Off the three "medium" t shirts, only one fitted to size. The quality of material used is way lower than my previous, worn out after several years, one. I plan to put a patch on it and keep wearing it!”

“I ordered a dress on 31 8 24 and returned straight away to the post office Since then I haven’t heard anything, I think a email just to say you have received it back safely I returned the dress correctly in all same package I have always liked weird fish otherwise”

“The garment purchased arrived ok, but after wearing for 2 or 3 times, the inner lining (dark blue) dropped down below the hem(light grey) which looks ridiculous.”

“The sunglasses I received were not the same colour as the ones pictured on the website when I selected my colour choice. Customer services handled the return/refund very efficiently but I'm obviously very disappointed to be out of pocket for the delivery charge. I sent pictures of the website showing the wrong picture/colour on the page but despite this was told it was my mistake. Not the best experience for my first Weird Fish order and needless to say I'll be shopping elsewhere in future.”

“Weird fish are brilliant and all previous dresses have been great but this new Tallahasse Ensign blue dress was a strange fit and smelled a bit funky. Returned!”

“Disappointing experience really, order the size recommended which was massive so had to return, there was no offer to take a new size just a refund!, to order a smaller size would have been £12 extra hence I didn't bother.”

“I ordered a couple of full zip hoodie tops, these are the only ones you currently stock which are very different to the ones I ordered a few years ago, the feel, weight and over all quality is poor in comparison. I have since returned these and had a full refund.”

“Slow and ponderous process. Took 4 days from order to delivery, slow in this day and age. Compared to other brands sizes are on the slim side, so order larger than required if possible. Return was easy but took over 10 days to receive acknowledgment of returned parcel. Not impressed, will not return.”
