Currently, the ordered goods (a sweater) has still not arrived with me. On request, the German postal service informed me that the goods are on their way back to the supplier. An inquiry at German customs was unsuccessful. I am currently not satisfied with the processing. It is not clear to me what the problem is.
Are the goods still in customs or are the goods on their way to the supplier again?
