“I ordered 2 garments, paid. An order arrived, but the garments in the package were not what I ordered, the goods were for another customer. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a night, they never answer the phone, do not answer their emails and do not answer their own form completed on line. Would I order again never. I have paid for the goods, in good faith, and I’m still waiting for them. This has been going on since mid December.”

“I have not received my order, the money has been taken, the item dispatched on the 22nd November, it is not showing as being delivered, it is impossible to get hold of anyone, i have also sent the contact me form, but to no avail!!!”

“It's difficult to review something I haven't received!!!!! I'm very unhappy and disappointed that I haven't received the top I ordered at the beginning of December. I would still like to have the top but maybe you need to use another courier company? We have had several problems with Evri and when I try tracking the order, nothing happens. Can you advise please?”

“We did not receive our goods. Ordered on 27th November and thanks to ENVI formerly known as Hermes it was never delivered ( writing this review on 26th dec). I thought wrongly that with the change in brand name they could provide a delivery service. Clearly not. Weirdfish however did refund us.”

“We purchased a Christmas gift from you which was ordered in good time. However it arrive too late for us to deliver in time. I understand Evri your courier had issue but they are your courier and therefore your responsibility. We have been offered no good will gesture for your failure to deliver on time.”

Eventually replied to an email- yes they do take the two days it says to respond. Wasn’t going to give a review but company kept emailing me so after the 4th request….”

“I ordered an item on 25/11 and had a confirmation on 2/12 that it had been dispatched and there was also a tracking number. Earlier this week I contacted Royal Mail to find out the status of my item and was told that although Weird Fish had given a tracking number they didn’t get a package corresponding with this. Very disappointing as it was a Christmas gift which I thought I had ordered in good time. No present to give now.”
