“The item was too small for me but had it fitted I would not have kept it. It was very thin and poor quality and not up to the usual Weird Fish high standard very disappointing.”

“Bought a top but had to send it back as bottom of top was so baggy it would go round me AND the dog! Sent back THREE weeks ago and STILL waiting for refund! Very disappointing service!!!!!”

“Very disappointed on various levels First my order went through ok and payment taken - then weeks later confirmation order despatched then a few days later you will get a full refund - no explanation why - ie out of stock - lost postage - it’s very frustrating Your Refund Has Been Processed | Order Number 3203796 and to top that I do some modelling with various agencies and emailed weird fish with some info and if any vacancies came available would they be interested in me - the reply was we only employ models who are 6ft 1 min 40 chest 32 waist from Naomi Hedicker . Although I don’t fit the height I’m a regular buyer of weird fish and a lot of my friends are too and none of us fit that mould for modelling so not sure why your sticking to it ? as smaller people buy more from weird fish and surf regular - but that’s your choice unlike most other similar brands available- I think it’s time I moved away from weird fish clothing . “Ordered a rain jacket size 16, am normally a 14 but always size up for chest room. Was a lovely jacket but was about 2 sizes smaller than a 16. I couldn't get my arms into it. Sizing needs to be looked at urgently as quality is nice.”

“More negatives than other. Nice colour and a plus for trying for new technology. But I like my fleeces light, warm and soft. This is not a fleece. Heavy and uncomfortable. This was not any of the things I like and I don't like the cross stomach band to keep the pockets down. But they still rise despite this. Not a successful purchase.”

“Very disappointed with customer service. I was sent the correct product but it was incorrectly labelled, therefore too big. Although I reordered the item immediately, I received notification days later it was out of stock. No attempt made to try to get the correct item to me quickly or offer me an alternative. Very inconvenient having to return the wrongly labelled item costing me time and fuel. Not good enough.”
