“Bought many items before, and I had to return one shirt (weird fit), having returned it after 10 days I asked if they had received it and got a rather snippy reply and was told to wait for an email response, waited another 10 days no email or refund when I contacted them they advised me they would do a refund me ( as a favour?), not sure if their return/refund is inefficient or if they deliberately hold back refunds till chased either way, they have lost a customer.”

“I have only given 1 star, this is because of the length of time it took to get a refund and that was after I rang up about it . This isn't the first time I have had to chase a refund . Someone needs to look at the refund / returns process it is poor !”
