“I have only given 1 star, this is because of the length of time it took to get a refund and that was after I rang up about it . This isn't the first time I have had to chase a refund . Someone needs to look at the refund / returns process it is poor !”

“Wanted a woven skirt. This is a great skirt for hot days -although being only 5’ 1, I have to shorten it. But that is not difficult to do. It has an easily adjustable waist. Overall happy with my purchase.,”

“Ordered a couple of really smart polo shirts which were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong size after incorrectly assuming they would be comparable to the sizing of one of its competitors. Therefore I had to instigate a refund process. All good so far but this is where my experience with Weird Fish went wrong. I had to contact customer service twice to chase the refund. It was on the second contact that I was informed that the refund had already been processed. However, this was not true and it became clear that the refund was only processed whilst the second contact was taking place. Not sure whether it is company policy to wait to be chased on multiple occasions before processing refunds but, either way, I do not appreciate being misled.”

“Really disappointed for the first time ever I have had a problem with ordering from Weird Fish. I ordered two pairs of size 16 summer trousers. One size 16 and a size 14 turned up. I followed the instructions in the packaging for a return. Ten days after Weird Fish received the returned item and three weeks after the original order I have heard nothing.”

“The cardigan in purchase I took on holiday. I had never worn it when I took it out of the case one of the sleeves seem had come open by about 3 inches to the cuff. Very disappointed at the quality.”

“Trying to request a refund was a nightmare abd I had to send several e mails explaining what I needed. I had replies from different employees of your company who had not read my e mail correctly so their replies were useless to me. They had no interest in providing customer service at all. I won’t ever shop with your company again”
