Wrote to them explaining why i was unhappy with the cut of their tunic, they offered a refund if the garment had not been worn, (it had, thats how i found out it was a crappy fit.)
They then said they had had no other complaints. Well I was complaining. That doesnt make me wrong!
If they cannot be bothered to correctly size up the garments, i cannot be bothered to pay their premium prices.
