“Didn’t like the dress - looked not as good as the photo. Sent it back and got my refund after I chased it up”

“The jumper arrived with a fault, I called as soon as it arrived, I wasn’t massively impressed by the response of the person at customer services who basically suggested that I try to poke the ‘click’ through and just accept it or just pointed me to the website. In my view she could have said well send a replacement with a pre paid envelope- it wasn’t my fault. She simply suggested I try to re buy the item (if it was in stock- she couldn’t check for me) overall not very impressive service”

“I like the style and fabrics of your clothes, delivery is prompt, however sizing of your trousers is completely inconsistent. I'm usually a size 10, but in 10 the Salena trousers were far too wide, size 8 fits perfectly. However this doesn't apply to other styles of trousers which is rather irritating, so that I either have to order trousers in future in both sizes or take pot luck and end up returning items whatever option I decide on. The other very annoying thing and the reason for only 3 stars is the length of time it takes for returned goods to be credited. I returned 2 pairs of trousers on 21st September and they are still showing as 'waiting' in my account.”

“I like my fleece but surprised to find pockets not sewn in, but flapping around loose and tied by a piece of ribbon that I garrotte myself with when I put it on. Not great.”

“Item arrived damaged! Didn’t have time to return item as I was going away but let weird fish know just so they were aware but they didn’t believe us and implied we were just wanting some money back!!! Quite insulting as you can imagine won’t be shopping from them again!”

“I like some of the clothes, although I tend to buy from sales as I find prices too high for me, but I am not happy with the website or dispatch procedures. Three times now I have ordered items which do not turn up. Other items from the order arrive, but I am left waiting for days after this before being told they are not available. If I have ordered two items and paid postage and one of them has not arrived, this means the other item has cost more, including the postage, than I was expecting. Also, I have been disappointed yet again. Please sort this out.”

“Very good quality t-shirts however it is a little pot luck with sizing….previously ordered medium, one fit one was a little tight so ordered a size up this time and they are considerably bigger but all the same! Possibly previous order was just a one off, will have to try medium again. If review was just on quality it would be top marks.”

“Always found Weird Fish a grt company to order from , that was until my last order when the dress was too big for ne. I tried three times to return the item however the scan code sent to me for returning the item wld not scan on the post office device. So I have ended up with a dress that is not any use to me!!!”

“I love my new purse. Lovely pattern and good quality however the label has come off the front already leaving a few holes where it has come off. Doesn’t affect the use but as I’ve not used it much it is a bit disappointing.”

“I bought a skirt that was a pull on with no zip or elastic. By the end of the first time I wore it the material had stretched and the skirt was falling off me. I would be more careful in future to read the description of the article.”

“I would have always given WF a 5 * review, however my most recent order experience has not been great. I had to chase up the actual order after hearing nothing. When it eventually arrived one item was badly damaged (a slash down the front of the tunic fabric which really shocked me)! After returning the item promptly again I had to chase up WF for a refund for it. My two prompts to WF both had quick replies however my point is I should have not needed to chase up twice + certainly not have received a damaged item. I've been disappointed with WF on this occasion & only awarded 3 stars due to quick replies to my queries.”
