The jumper arrived with a fault, I called as soon as it arrived, I wasn’t massively impressed by the response of the person at customer services who basically suggested that I try to poke the ‘click’ through and just accept it or just pointed me to the website. In my view she could have said well send a replacement with a pre paid envelope- it wasn’t my fault. She simply suggested I try to re buy the item (if it was in stock- she couldn’t check for me) overall not very impressive service
