“It is a shame because your clothes are high quality and worth the price. I recently had to send an item back firstly because someone had put a red top in a green bag and so I got the wrong colour and because it was too tight on the arms. I sent it back and luckily kept my proof of posting. I tracked my parcel and because I had still not got a refund nearly 3 weeks later had to ring your customer support. I did get my refund sorted out straight away but no apology or anything. It must put customers off ordering if you have to chase refunds up all the time.😟”

“I was pleased with the item ordered, however, it was too small so I sent it back hoping to get a one in a bigger size. There was not one in stock so I accepted a refund. I eventually got this after contacting Weird Fish to ask them where it was! No one responded but the refund was finally made. This concern and the fact that it took well over a week for the item to be delivered will make me hesitate to order from you again.”

“Disappointed that the sleeve length was about 4”too long! Don’t unstandardised who has arms that length! But a beautiful jersey! I loved it!”

“This is so comfortable and warm and soft. Unfortunately it also attracts bits which inbed and stick to the fibres that have to be pulled off. I have a feeling it will only be good enough to wear in the house after a few wears.”

“I've only given 3 stars because I sent some items back which I know have been received and still haven't had a credit, its been around 11 days, delivery can't fault but returns is pants. I buy from Joules, seasalt, Lewis's and get notifications all the way through the returns system, but not from Weurd fish. Up your game”

“I am only filling this in as this is the second or third time I have been asked this question. I ordered some trousers. Got notification of delivery and then re-routed to my local store for collection. Never heard again and 2 weeks later called yourselves to find that instead of being re-routed it was sent back to sender. I was offered the chance to re-order or have a full refund. I took the latter which arrived promptly.”

“Delivery info perfect. The quality of the macaroni fleece does not seem as good as my previous ones from weird fish, which are now 2 years old and still going strong. Time will tell.”
