“I've ordered LOADS from Weird Fish in the last couple of years. Obviously that indicates that I'm happy with their products, overall. However, I don't always wear the clothes straight away, and I have now had two instances where polo shirts (different types) have had holes in them. The first was due to the front bit below the buttons not having been finished off properly, and the material looked like it had a rip in it. The recent one is at the side, where the bottom has been sewed, but immediately above that, there is a missed bit, which makes a hoe about 2cm. This was only noticed when I wore the polo shirt this week. In both cases it's too late to send back, and in the first case I have been left with an unwearable shirt. I will get the second one repaired, but it shouldn't be like this. Please can Weird Fish pay closer attention to their quality checks!”

“I had a problem with the delivery of my t shirt and eventually it arrived with out notification at the correct place. So I was not very happy about that and I find the t-shirt bigger than expected and the picture of someone swimming in the sea is not centralised. Not a great experience in all.”

“3/4 length trousers, Salena Mirage Blue size 12 which is my normal size - waist measured 91cm, about 10cm too big and disproportionate to the trousers which were already on the large side. I was able to machine elastic into the waistband but spoiled the classic look of the garment.”

“It was necessary to return the goods I ordered. The refund took 2 and a half weeks which considering Seasalt and White Stuff refund within a couple of days seemed far too long. I'm afraid I won't be ordering online in the future.”

“I ordered two pairs of trousers which arrived quickly. So the service was excellent. However, the trousers were HUGE = supposedly a size 8 but felt more like a size 12. So the product was poor.”

“My wife and I have been loyal customers of Weired Fish for several years spending hundreds if not thousands of pounds with you previously in store but now on line. I like you clothes, the fit and the quality. However, your poor stock control wrecks your good name. On four occasions I have bought clothes that have never arrived. I know that you don't charge for goods until sent but is so very poor to sell something you can't supply. On each occasion, I was left feeling frustrated especially as some of the items were presents for my wife and I was left very much in the lurch by their non arrival. On the last occasion, a couple of weeks ago, I was so incensed that I telephoned complained and asked to be taken off your mailing list. Had these purchases been honoured, I would have scored you 5 stars .”

“The quality of the material used in the women’s tunic tops is really awful. The tops go into holes after only a few times of wearing. Customer service in store is always very good. The size 16 tunic tops should be made bigger around the middle!”

“I recently ordered some Salerna 3/4 trousers and a tote bag ..... the tote bag is great and the ttousers were nice but unfortunately they were a much larger fit than expected. I ordered a size 10, my usual size, they were so big for me that I had to check the label in them to make sure I hadn't ordered a size 16 by mistake! I returned the trousers two weeks ago via the Post Office and will await a refund before placing any further orders.”

“I love weirdfish, but I hate it when I buy things in the sale and stay below 75 dollars to avoid customs/duties, only to find Weirdfish writes the original pre-sale value on the package and I have to pay on top of 10 pound shipping also 12 pound customs. Please do as before, and write on the package what I PAID for it. To send 20% coupons won't help if you still write the original value on packages.”

“I bought the elder skirt in size 16 - I'm 14/16, so erred on the side of caution. It was very comfortable and the waist band sat where it should be. After a few hours wear however, the waist band had dropped a few inches causing the hem - which had been ankle length - to drag on the floor! I had to fold the waist line and secure it with a pin as was on holiday. I think the material stretched out of shape too easily and annoyingly it will need to be taken in. I noticed a previous reviewer had a similar experience. I would suggest if in doubt to go down a size.”

“Ordered two "macaroni" fleeces, both were much bigger than previous purchases at size L. Quality etc looked same as ever. Delivery service from EVRI was typically appalling. Three days they said the parcels were out for delivery and three times the delivery was cancelled. Eventually delivered on fourth day.”
