“NO RETURNS DOCUMENTS IN PACKAGE !! This is ok for computer and phone literate people but when you’re not , like me it becomes difficult as I am now stuck with a jumper that dosent fit , thanks steve barker”

“You are too slow to refund returns! You always have to be chased to get money back. The clothes are good quality and wash great but your customer service on issuing refunds is appalling. People shouldn't have to wait 2/3 weeks to get money back!”

“So: I love Weird Fish clothing, especially the shorts and Hoodies. What I don't love are the prices, so I wait for the sale. What I REALLY don't love is the way the special discount early sale price for regular customers means nothing two weeks later when the price drops again ((nd sometimes yet again). Just means I wait till the last possible opportunity as there is no benefit to being a regular...”

“having purchased from Weirdfish before ordered exactly the same size trousers. For some reason the ones which came were much longer than previously (about 3 inches). Quality was good. So had to return these. Process for returning was simple but having returned the goods had to prod the company into action to credit the returns”

“Hi The skirt and cardigan I purchased were of excellent quality and fit perfectly. However I can only give 3 stars as I had to pay a customs charge upon delivery. Had I known this, I would not have used your website. It would be useful to know this when ordering. It’s a pity as u can’t use your website again. Lisa”
