“My initial thought was a great service and the products were great albeit too big, buying for a birthday gift I’ve returned 2 items but still waiting for a refund so I can make a change to a smaller size. With Christmas now over, hoping to hear soon my refund has been processed. Thank you”

“didn't appreciate having to pay 17 euros to the French Postal Service to accept the parcel after paying for the cardigan, postage and packing. Don't really know what the sum was for. The cardigan is fine though not particularly soft and a bit matted after a couple of washes- Invest in decent fabric softener”

“The sizings are not accurate. I am usually a size 14 but purchased a size 16 so that the garment would be a bit looser. It is still tighter than I would like. I haven't had this problem before.”

“The material was a lot thinner than I thought it sound be for a wooden dress. It means that it doesn’t hang nicely and it’s not really warm. I got it in the sale, I kept it but it’s not my favourite.”

“I love the Weirdfish brand and it saddens me to write this but the quality has waned of late. I've been a customer for years and have always been more than happy with my purchases. But the garments aren't lasting as long as they did and some of the sizing is inconsistent. That said I will still be a customer , I just need to be a bit more choosy about what I buy.”

“The clothing was of very good quality but the fleece I purchased was just too long in the arms despite me going for a smaller size than normal. I've never experienced this before in any other item of clothing as I'm not an odd size. I'd have kept the item if it was a 'normal' fit.”

“Efficient postal delivery. BUT have made returns and in spite of e mails saying that refunds are happening I have not received my refund after a week or more . Very disappointed”
