“Good quality and range of products for all however for me some of the men sizes are too big. I ordered some shirts in large, which is my normal size, however they were too big.”

“The goods are not your problem...The variation in size purporting to be the same size. ...three shirts can all be ordered as say XL, when tried on only one can fit, one can be too tight and another can be hanging off your shoulders. No problem getting a refund...but you don't get your postage charges back!! Really needs sorting out throughout the clothing retailers. People have to order several sizes of the same shirt...and that can be a large outlay until you get your refund that can take up to 14 days .”

“Ordered a tee-shirt for my husband for Christmas. Fortunately opened this as it was incorrectly marked so instead of being large it was small. By the time it had arrived it was too late to reorder as had sold out - very disappointing.”

“Good product and base price. Made more expensive as the wrong item was delivered (right size on packaging, wrong size top) so had to be returned and initial postage is not refunded although return was not my fault. Refunds take ages to come through”

“Jumper looked and felt great, fitted perfectly, except sleeves were 2ins. too long. This was still the same when compared with my other similar jumpers of exactly the same chest size. I had to have them professionally shortened for £12.00 to fit. Disappointed.”
