I loved my first purchases of 2 tops which were great quality but disappointed in the my 2nd order, all 3 items are being returned for a refund.

I have purchased some good warm tops from you over the years but previous hoody’s have not been to good. The quality is not so good. The material is thinner but the main problem is the elasticated part at the bottom of the hoody (belt line) is not up for the job. After a few wears/washes the elastic is no longer. I purchased two at Christmas and sent them back for that reason. Many thanks shaun

I ordered 2 dresses in the sale but received 3 tops that somebody else must have ordered. I contacted Weird Fish but one of the dresses was no longer available which was really disappointing. I returned the items that I did not order.

I sent for a fleece which wasn’t very comfortable or nice fabric. I returned it and have been waiting ages for a refund. Very slow service. I won’t buy from weird fish again

The TV shirt purchased is a good colour and true to size. Slippers fit well but are not flat on the sole, therefore less stable when walking. Third item was out of stock when ordered but website not updated. However, there was communication about this. But no time to purchase an alternative. I'm not sure the quality and fit necessarily matches the price. These were in the sale.

I returned the item I purchased as it didn’t fit. I have not yet received a refund, although I tracked it and it has been received by the company some time ago.

The clothes are great, but I’ve found the service to be poor recently. I ordered 4 tops for Christmas gifts, when the order arrived one was missing. I rang customer service to be told they couldn’t find it and would do another stock check and let me know if it was actually out of stock. They didn’t let me know and it’s been weeks. Not once did they contact me to tell me that what I had ordered wouldn’t be coming. They’ve obviously decided it isn’t available but it would have been nice if they had let me know, no contact at all is poor.

Order process very good. However, whilst the return of items is easy, a refund is not so quick. Indeed, when an item is out of stock, payment is still taken but even after two weeks a refund is not forthcoming.

Bought 2 tops in the sale, both returned as even though labelled 14 they definitely were a lot smaller.

Ordered an e-gift card....and website confusing....although it was to be emailed to recipient on a date I chose...I had to choose either Royal Mail or Evri...and next thing I was given an expected delivery date....

I really like the dresses I've bought but I returned in December 2023 a cardigan and I have not yet had a refund.

I am happy with purchase. I have other items so I know the quality is good. However I returned a too large item and reordered correct size. I did however have to chase up the refund which I should not have had to do

Shirt was nice but shrank after first wash, in spite of carefully following washing instructions. Passed on to daughter.

My parcel never arrived which was EVRI's fault I think. Weird Fish were quick to respond to emails and gave me a refund. It was disappointing because it was a Christmas gift for my husband.

Normally all has been well with WeirdFish but this time my order was one garment short. How a computer system can double up I don't know. What it meant was that - 1. I had to reorder 2. My second order for some reason didn't go through 3. My son didn't get his Christmas present 4. I will probably re-order but I'm very reluctant to trust Weird Fish 5. I'll have to pay for postage whereas if the order had come together postage would have been free. Does anybody care?

The quality of the clothing has deteriorated over the years. I still like the selection of clothes and am happy to purchase when in the sale.
