It is a shame because your clothes are high quality and worth the price. I recently had to send an item back firstly because someone had put a red top in a green bag and so I got the wrong colour and because it was too tight on the arms. I sent it back and luckily kept my proof of posting. I tracked my parcel and because I had still not got a refund nearly 3 weeks later had to ring your customer support. I did get my refund sorted out straight away but no apology or anything. It must put customers off ordering if you have to chase refunds up all the time.😟
