I am only filling this in as this is the second or third time I have been asked this question.
I ordered some trousers. Got notification of delivery and then re-routed to my local store for collection. Never heard again and 2 weeks later called yourselves to find that instead of being re-routed it was sent back to sender.
I was offered the chance to re-order or have a full refund. I took the latter which arrived promptly.
