“I used the returned items as they did not fit, so both items were returned but I have not received the refund due. It is two weeks since I returned them”

“Hi The skirt and cardigan I purchased were of excellent quality and fit perfectly. However I can only give 3 stars as I had to pay a customs charge upon delivery. Had I known this, I would not have used your website. It would be useful to know this when ordering. It’s a pity as u can’t use your website again. Lisa”

“Unfortunately I'm still waiting for a refund from my last order placed on 7th July and returned within 2 days of receiving them, so whilst the 2 T shirts are fine, the tardiness of my refund is leaving me feeling a little annoyed, sorry Sarah Darby”

“Size 16 - I am 5ft 7ins and these were a good 3" too long. Fabric seems flimsy and knickers show through. Not up to the usual Weird Fish quality. I will be returning them”

“Had lots of things from here but this was the first time I've had to return something. Weird fish received my parcel two days after I posted it. I did not receive any confirmation or refund. After eight days I rang and it was confirmed that it had arrived. A refund was then actioned. I really feel that nothing would have been done if I hadn't rung. Disappointed. Will think twice about ordering again.”
