Had lots of things from here but this was the first time I've had to return something. Weird fish received my parcel two days after I posted it. I did not receive any confirmation or refund. After eight days I rang and it was confirmed that it had arrived. A refund was then actioned. I really feel that nothing would have been done if I hadn't rung. Disappointed. Will think twice about ordering again.
