“Love Weird Fish clothing but often find sizing is very random, I ordered items having used the ‘Find you size’ option however when items arrived they we huge. Customer service is good,items returned for free & refund has been received. If items were longer in the body & chest sizes made as described this would be a great brand for us.”

“I have known the WeirdFish brand for over 15 years. I love the quality and interesting design. I always tried to buy something new, if the opportunity arose. But over the past few months, I have encountered the fact that two of my orders to Germany in November and December were not delivered and were returned to the sender. Someone was left without Christmas gifts(( I do not know what is the reason and whose fault it is. But both times, the customer service automatically made a refund, expressed regret and did not attempt to find out the reasons for what happened. My last question, "Does it make sense to forget the great brand?" went unanswered. Sincerely, still your fan Andrey Fidrovskiy”

“Super quality clothes, which are very comfortable and wearable. I have ordered alot in the past, but sadly since Brexit (I live in France) I now have to pay import duties on goods from the UK, which makes it no longer economically viable for me. Shame, as I love Weird Fish clothes.”

“I placed an order for 2 jumpers, only 1 arrived with nothing regarding the other jumper. Waited and waited for the other to arrive to then after a week to be told you had no stock even though when placing the order it said available stock! Good job I ordered an alternative jumper as a member of family would not have got their Christmas present. Not very good customer service!”

“Ordered two Errill Eco 1/4 Zip Textured Fleece. Very happy with the quality of the garments with a minor personal niggle being the elasticated wrist is a tiny bit too tight. My main complaint is that one of the garments sent to me was a full zip version but in 1/4 zip packaging. I returned the item with a note requesting a replacement but with no explanation I was just issued a refund. I really wanted these as a Christmas and birthday present so was disappointed not to get a replacement. I received the package quicker than expected which was great. Would have given 5 stars as the garments are great but for the poor communication, disappointment and customer service I'm afraid it has to be 3 as ultimately I am one top short.”

“Weird fish service is fine and hubbie loves the products .I ordered a new top for xmas and it was sent by Evri .never arrived and still to this day not appeared .A refund was very quickly issued and a request should it arrive to return with returns label enclosed. Glad this wasn't a childs present as could have been a big deal .i have not recieved 5 parcels sent by different companies all with evri . I now make a point of checking who the courier is and won't buy from them if it's evri”

“Very disappointed that I ordered a size 14 ( Georgina Eco Textured Fleece) it came in a 14 pack yet the jumper was a size 10. I returned it but was told that there were no more size 14 or 16. I had also ordered an ordinary fleece because it was a special offer to order 2 . I was happy with that but disappointed that the one I really wanted and ordered wasn't available and the whole pack was at an affordable, much reduced price. Of course that offer is no longer available.”
