I would have always given WF a 5 * review, however my most recent order experience has not been great. I had to chase up the actual order after hearing nothing. When it eventually arrived one item was badly damaged (a slash down the front of the tunic fabric which really shocked me)! After returning the item promptly again I had to chase up WF for a refund for it. My two prompts to WF both had quick replies however my point is I should have not needed to chase up twice + certainly not have received a damaged item. I've been disappointed with WF on this occasion & only awarded 3 stars due to quick replies to my queries.
