I like the style and fabrics of your clothes, delivery is prompt, however sizing of your trousers is completely inconsistent. I'm usually a size 10, but in 10 the Salena trousers were far too wide, size 8 fits perfectly. However this doesn't apply to other styles of trousers which is rather irritating, so that I either have to order trousers in future in both sizes or take pot luck and end up returning items whatever option I decide on. The other very annoying thing and the reason for only 3 stars is the length of time it takes for returned goods to be credited. I returned 2 pairs of trousers on 21st September and they are still showing as 'waiting' in my account.
