“Ordered a jumper in medium size. Arrive promptly but jumper was in bag marked medium label said medium, took it out of bag to see quality, was huge. Jumper lablelled 2XL. No returns note included. Have sent it back with a "made up" returns note. Not the best of service.”

“Unfortunately their sizing is completely wrong. I ordered size 12 it was far too big. Had to return. Packaging good and returns no problem. Such a shame as tee shirts were lovely.”

“I am still waiting for an order placed over 2 weeks ago and also for a replacement. I have had no replies to the 3 emails I have sent apart from the automated one that we will get in touch with you. It took a long time to get through to a person on the phone after several attempts. I am still non the wiser what has happened to my order and when to expect the delivery. There was no problem with the first delivery but I think that the Black Friday deals have caught them out.”

“The jumper is soft on the outside but the inside material is rougher and scratchier than I’d expected. I was disappointed that a couple of days after I’d ordered the jumper, it halved in price. I hadn’t even received the jumper when this reduction happened but I was still charged the higher price. I think if an item goes down in price before you’ve even received it and had chance to wear it, you should be refunded the difference and only pay the lower price.”

“One dress absolutely beautiful. But was sent the incorrect size for the other one. Disappointing. I haven't sent it back as I haven't got time but you expect you'd get the right size sent to you. I will not be ordering from this site again, which is a shame as there were quite s few items I was after”

“Ordered light denim jeans and they are far darker than the dark denim jeans. Sent first pair back. Gave up on the second and just accepted not as the picture or description shows. Light are dark and dark are light.”

“products are great, but delivery times and product availability need to be improved. I ordered 2 jumpers which either were not dispatched or were "lost in the post" when I complained after 10 days 1 was told that a repeat order for one would be sent and the other was out-of-stock. It finally arrived more than 3 weeks after the order was originally placed. I did get a refund for the second jumper but i'd rather have had what i originally ordered. By contrast i recently ordered clothing from another company at 4.00 pm - it was delivered at 10.00 am the next day.”

“My recent experience with Weirdfish has not been great. I feel the products are very good but the services are seriously lacking. I ordered a top and paid extra for next day delivery. The top did not appear. The telephone number on the website is an order phone line only and I have found it difficult to chase my purchase. I'm still waiting 10 days later for Weirdfish to get back to me. I have had to do the chasing and three phone calls and an email have still left me not knowing what is happening with my purchase. I'm a disappointed customer.”

“I sent the item i ordered back on the 21st of November and asked for a smaller size because it was too big . I didn't hear anything from them and so i rang them on the 30th of November. After listening to music waiting to be put through for five minutes i was cut off. I managed to get through on the second time and was told they had received the item back into their warehouse on the 23rd . They had it for a full week and up to today the 2nd of December i have had no contact from them and item has not been delivered.”

“Having used the online sizing guide/calculator I oredered the smaller of the two sizes recommended. When it arrived it was far too big. Sent it back 2 weeks ago using the form contained in the packaging, have a receipt for the postage. Couldn't use the online form as could not find any reference to it on the delivery note on line. To date not a word from Weird Fish so I now have to start chasing.”
